    Here's something from Alice.

"I think that all your "hecklers" have better things to do now that school and college has started again. So it could be this reason for the lack of emails, or they just got bored with you."

Dear one, let us hope that what you say is true. But I seriously doubt it.  First of all, if you're referring to noah, I don't think he's going to school. That's a bunch of crap!  And I don't think the other ones have the intelligence to go to school. If they do they don't show it.  As for them getting bored with us, there isn't really much possibility of that!  You are a dreamer, dear one!  Sometimes I wish your dreams would come true.  I definitely don't want mine to come true.  I'm having that damned nightmare again about biting the guy's lips off!  We must be doing something right!  The dark ones seem to cause this dream every time we have a major victory.  Doesn't do them any good, but they just love to irritate.
Obama is speaking out on education, and I've been asked to make some comments on it.  What I'm going to say is going to be very unpopular.  I believe it is the public's responsibility to provide a free education to young people to prepare them for life and, to take part in the work force.  However, I believe this only includes teaching them to read and write, to understand science, social studies of course. I do not believe the tax payers should be responsible for extra curricular activities, such as sports, music, and arts.  If communities want such programs as this they should provide them with funds gathered from families in the community that want such programs.  No tax money, federal, state, or local, should be spent funding sports programs or any other extra curricular activity.  It's the government's responsibility to educate. Physical education, though some should be provided, is basically the responsibility of the parents. Others should not be made to pay for it.  I will be seeking legislation making this law that any state that allows local communities to use tax funds to support sports programs will lose any federal funds for education.  While we will strive to provide the best possible education there are some things it is not our responsibility to provide.  Parents that want sports programs in their schools should fund such things themselves.   As I say, this would be very unpopular.  But it is my opinion on the matter.
One thing, however, I will not tolerate is students defaulting on their education loans.  I fully agree these should be deferred if a student cannot find work.  As soon as that individual is employed they should be making payments to fulfill their obligation.
Of course the greatest problem we have in schools at this time, is bullying.  No student can study when they are in constant fear because a handful of students are allowed to terrorize the school.  This must be stopped.  Any threatening of students on the school grounds or, off, must be dealt with immediately.  Any student involved in bullying, for any reason, shall be expelled, immediately, no tolerance, no excuses!  It doesn't matter if they're the most popular student in the school, or the school's best athlete, if they're bullying they're expelled and sent to a school where they will be supervised.  Then if they continue to be abusive, if they can't function in society they will be incarcerated.  We cannot let a few deranged individuals that cannot function in society destroy the hopes and dreams of everyone else. Parents that support bullying, that do not want their child disciplined, may also face criminal charges for endangering the safety of other students. Those who are out of control must be controlled.  They can't be allowed to run wild and disrupt the educational system.
I believe there should be some modification of the bankruptcy laws.  Too many criminals are taking advantage of them, and it is costing the American public millions.  Some rationality has to be brought back to this system.  If someone declares bankruptcy they cannot keep a home that is worth millions of dollars.  Reasonable, comfortable accommodations should be found for them but luxurious homes should be sold so that people can recoup some of what they have lost.  When millionaires put millions of dollars into their homes and then declare bankruptcy it is unacceptable, and it is something that has to be dealt with.
