We were talking the other day about John Lennon, while doing a radio interview. One of the hosts couldn't understand why Lennon didn't want to have anything to do with the public any more.  The other had a fairly good understanding.  But why is it some famous people shut themselves off when they die, and seem to want ot have nothing to do with their fans?
It seems to be that they are totally appalled by the fact that some of their followers who have gone on before them into The Spirit Realm practically look upon them as gods or saints, and feel that they are responsible for how their material life turned out and therefore responsible to counsel them in The Spirit Realm.  Some well stable individuals do not find this difficulty at all, but begin to counsel their followers and direct them to Those that can help them with their problems.  But others find this phenomena so shocking and appalling that they shut themselves off, stopping all contact with those around them, in the hopes that eventually their fame will fade, and they can enter into a pleasant obscurity.  This seems to be Lennon's desire.  Even after a person's fame has passed, they often resist notoriety.
My best Worker in The Spirit Realm forbids me to reveal her name.  Though she does tremendous Work for The Cause Of God and is respected by all she contacts, she doesn't want people to begin to look upon her as a saint, as anything other than just an ordinary person who had an interesting career while among the living.
There are others that do not worry about this at all, are very glad to let us tell people that They continue to serve in The Next Life.
The cause for the phenomena I am describing is the thing that makes us special....individuality.  Each of us has our own way of looking at things, our own way of feeling. That's what makes each and every one of us special.  That's what makes us wonderful, what makes us human.

Our friends Stan & Haney at WRXK in Florida wanted to know the other day, who listened to them in The Spirit Realm.  Well, I couldn't get any names.  People in the Spirit Realm are a little reluctant to give such endorsements.  But I WAS able to obtain some interesting general information.
They have 18 to 20% of the listeners in their broadcast area, for the 1990s era.  They have 16-17% of the 1980 & 1970 era. They have 10 - 12% of the 1960s era, 6 - 8% of the 1950s era, and 4 - 6% of the 1940s era!  This is as far as they kept statistics for!
Of their listeners 51% are female, 49% are male!  They have six governors from assorted states that listen to them regularly, and one President that listens to them whenever he is in their area.
I am told these are very good percentages, for a material radio station in The Spirit Realm!
My Worker also got some other information I found interesting.  Straight music stations do not do very well in The Spirit Realm.  They often get only 5 - 6% of the listening audience.  The more talk, the more local news a local station carries the better they do.  Except for raunchy stations.  Howard Stern has less than 1% of the audience in The Spirit Realm.  It seems that people tend to mature when they pass over.  The sleaze that so permeates our air waves just isn't appreciated over There.  neither is music that promotes violence, hate, greed, or lust.  I'm afraid many of our popular performers today don't cut it in the Afterlife.  The people There enjoy higher quality entertainment.
