A radio station recently asked what the hottest film was in The Spirit Realm
right now, and, if Those who had died on The Titanic went to the movie.
Well, the hottest film in The Spirit Realm right now is one you won't see
in Earthly theaters, because it's "Abbott & Costello Meet The Power Rangers"!
Every showing is filled, and people are going back two or three times to
split their sides in laughter!
Lou plays Indestructible Man, or, Indo, to his friends. He has only
one super power- he can't be hurt. No weapon or force is effective
against him. He's slow, clumsy, and not too bright.
But plays Unibrain, Brainy to Lou. He has the power to join all minds
in his vicinity so that they work as one, enabling them to accomplish incredible
mental tasks.
These two bumbling super heroes are hired by The Keepers Of The Galaxy (these
guys aren't too bright!) to guard the crystal of unity that keeps everything
in the universe in harmony.
Lord Zed and his cronies, hoping to throw the universe in total chaos and
then come in and take over, steal the crystal. Of course when all the
other evil doers in the vicinity find out, they come after it, too!
To retrieve the crystal Bud & Lou seek the assistance of The Power Rangers,
and cosmic assistance of The Power Rangers, and cosmic chaos ensues.
It's absolutely GREAT Abbott & Costello. Really too bad you have
to die before you can see it.
As for the victims of The Titanic, you'd think they would stay away from
the films about the disaster. They flock to them, usually to find out
how accurate the film makers were, usually sitting there making such comments
as "Well, they got the lounge pretty good!"
If I, myself, perished in such a disaster I don't think I'd be going to films
about it, but each to their own!
WIRELESS FLASH, 2/27/98
A British UFO historian claims aliens will be offended by 1940s & '50s
bebop jazz music now reaching them, and may go to war with Earth. I've
got news for the good professor! Every bit of music ever published on
Earth has been distributed to The Galactic Community for a couple of decades,
and all types of Earth's music has its fans out there, even punk rock!
This service also has another great report by a so-called UFO expert who
claims Buddy Holly, Otis Redding & Patsy Cline were actually kidnapped
by aliens. I'm afraid this expert has his wires crossed!
All these individuals are happily residing in the Spirit World. Sorry.
folks! This one just doesn't ring true!
