THE SPIRITS SPEAK
Our interview this issue is with the Spirit of Ann Lee, founder of the Shaker religion. Her answers are channeled through Speaker Gerald A. Polley, and the questions are asked by Speaker Lind J. Polley.
1. Did you really teach people that you were the reincarnation of Jesus Christ, and that they should live celibate lives?
A. No. I would never teach such blasphemy.
2. Then why do the records of history say that you did?
A. I do not know. I only began to hear of these things long after I had entered into my Lord's Kingdom. People who had come to join with us began to speak of these teachings and blaming me for them. I assured them that I had nothing to do with it. Those knowledgeable in these things said it was a demon who had taken over my flesh after I had departed from it.
3. Did you try to stop this person from doing what they did?
A. By the time I learned of it there was little I could do. I left it to Those that had the power to deal with such matters.
4. If this person wasn't you, what did you really believe?
A. I believe in the resurrection to eternal life through the acceptance of our Lord and Savior, that we would be rewarded in Heaven if we followed the Commandments of God. I was not disappointed.
5. What made you susceptible to this phenomena?
A. I do not know how to answer this question. Perhaps it was because there was discourse around me, argument over which path one should follow. But I have been assured that no blame for these happenings can be laid on me. That my Lord and Savior was more than pleased with the conduct of my life.
6. Why do you consider the teachings that were accredited to you blasphemy?
A. They are unholy. They are against the Teachings Of God. Anyone with any common sense would know they are false. My Lord and Savior was male. I am female. I could not bear within my nature the glory of such power! It is foolish to think that this could be. And God made male and female to be one with one-another. He has told them to go forth to be fruitful and multiply. He has made it so that they will bring joy to each other in the process of doing so, and fortify and strengthen each other. To deny God's Commandments is blasphemy. To say not to do what He has told you to do is to teach man evil.
7. We understand that you were very reluctant to grant this interview. Can you explain to us why, and what changed your mind?
A. You are not of The Glory Of God. You follow the ways of an ancient and savage people, that deny the existence of Our Heavenly Father. I cannot understand why those in authority over us have fellowship with you. You are among the fallen, those who would destroy God's Glory in The Heavens. I cannot reconcile your disobedience, your defiance. I do not know why you will not accept the Salvation of Our Lord, and return to The Glory Of God. However, I am obedient to My Lord and Savior. When He called me before Him and said, "I wish very much that you speak through Demetrius and tell the world the burden you carry," I objected, saying that I would prefer not. But my Lord repeated that He desired that I would. Therefore, though it is not my wish, I cooperate.
8. Is there anything you would like to say to our readers?
A. Yes. Do not believe those that tell you God has said you are not to follow what He has taught you. Do not separate yourselves into all female and all male groups and engage in sodomistic practices, rather than that that God has ordained that you should do. Any that teach such things are not of God. Be joyous, one with the other, male and female, and be not ashamed for this is what God intended.
9. Will you be available to answer more questions at another time?
A. No. I have fulfilled my duty. I have said all that I need
to say. There is nothing else that I can say. I will say this, so that
all will understand clearly. The only Glory is The Glory of God.
Anything else is but a shadow. do not follow after the shadows, but
follow after the Glory.
I will not say 'May God be with you,' as you will not have him. Nor
will I bless your work, for I believe it unholy. My only wish for you
is that you reject what you believe and accept The Salvation of Christ, and
not continue to wander among the lost.

A very disappointing book which appears to be a help to women, but actually contains much negativity, such as the male and female aspects in a woman always cause conflicts when they actually compliment each other. It also says women aren't naturally creative, they work on it and copy men. The demons must have been working overtime on this one. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!
