John Lennon is excited about the new book that
has been announced by the other former members of The Beatles. He
is highly encouraged by the statement that though his wife, Yoko,
has not had a real part in creating the book she will get a share
of the proceeds. He considers this really important. He sends
these comments;
"The public simply cannot understand the pressures of
performing under such circumstances, that when you have four
vibrant personalities working together that sooner or later
discourse is going to arise on which direction their activities
should go. Different opinions are going to surface on different
subjects. I am not in any way, comparing myself or my associates
to them, but even The Apostles had disagrements, and some went
off in different ways. The greatest thing in a situation like
this is when a performance group does decide to break up that
they do so in harmony. And, if there is discourse, that it
quickly be forgotten, and friendship return.
I am very proud of ALL my former associates, what they
accomplished as individuals after the group broke up, and I wish
very much that far more emphasis be put on this than the break up
of the group. I am rambling on here, and I do not wish to take
too much space and time. So I will end my comments here, and
express my deepest gratitude that there is someone out there that
will give them to the public."
FOOTNOTE: We have been monitoring the letters to the editors
in Vermont newspapers, and Lord Peter is heartened by the number
of people that are speaking out against the legislation to
legalize sodomy, to prevent gay marriages. But he wishes me to
remind people again that this struggle is not for the sake of
Vermont's children, alone, who would be led into perversion if
this law is passed, but for the sake of the survival of the
entire world. This is merely one battle in the war to save
mankind, but it is a battle that desperately needs to be won.
This sickness that is spreading throughout America and, the world,
must be stopped!
Many of the homosexual letters state "Why can't the love
between my partner and I be accepted?" Lord Peter answers
"Because it is not love, because it is perversion. Because
it is uncontrolled lust and sodomy. It does not matter how long
two people engage in sin, how long their perverted relationship
lasts, it is still a sick, perverted relationship and
unrecognized by God, and therefore does not have the same status
as a relationship between a man and a woman that has been
sanctified by God's blessings. These poor souls can cry forever
that there is nothing wrong with them, that what they do is right
and proper, but that will never make it so.
The majority of people know the truth that what they do is
disgusting and wrong and don't want it taught to their children
in the public schools. This is what the good people in Vermont
are fighting against. This is what they must stop. And no matter
how those that want perversion cry and say what they do is
alright, it must not be accepted. Those who know the truth of
every faith must speak out. They must tell the world that any
minister of any faith that supports this sickness is not of God,
no matter what other good he does, he is a creature of Darkness,
a thing of perversion, and must be put out of God's societies.
We fully realize how hard it is for people to do these things.
They want to love their children no matter what they do. They
want to excuse their shortcomings and say "Oh this is a
little thing. God will forgive it. We'll just let it go by and
let them do their will." They do not realize that there is a
limit to what God will forgive, a point beyond which people can
go, and those who promote homosexuality have gone beyond that
point. They are destroying children, destroying their immortal
souls, destroying their race. This God will not forgive. And
those promoting homosexuality must understand this, and those
opposing it, as well, for they must put their whole souls into
the battle to stop it for the very existence of their race
depends on doing so. Rise up, Vermont! Fight, Vermont! God is
with you. "
This ends Lord Peter's comments.
