Pretty quiet in The Afterlife this weekend. Spent most of our time posting the news of Joseph Smith's ascension on forums around the country, getting the usual response...but some legitimate inquiries too. If you want to check one out go to the local one here in Fargo, North Dakota. We've had some interesting exchanges with the posters there.

John Lennon made a funny this weekend! He said where President Elect Bush is selecting such a diverse variety of people for his cabinet he ought to appoint me as his religious affairs advisor. Everyone got a real good chuckle out of that! About as much chance of that as the Russian space program landing cosmonauts on Mars! But it gave some good humor for a while.
Weather here has been atrocious with a wind chill factor Saturday it 50 below 0! It was a little bit better Sunday. It was still cold but there was no wind. Bless our next door neighbor! He refused to let us walk to the store, and insisted on taking us in his truck he uses to plow out everybody's driveways. The old fuel bills this year are really biting into the old budget, especially considering the gas companies are ripping everybody off and raising the prices because of shortages. This would never be allowed under Republic law. Doing such things would be considered criminal acts. But in the human culture such things are considered good business, and, fair. I will never understand such human attitudes!
Well, that's all for this morning. Got to get bundled up and go wait for the old bus! It's only 0 this morning with a real light breeze. So that will probably make it about 10 below. Wish I could have got those snowmobile pants!
