Bush Is Coming!

Well, today's email is growing by leaps and bounds!  The following is an important letter that is self explanatory.  Be sure to read everything else in the email too.

To The Editor And Staff Of The Forum, Fargo, North Dakota,

Most profound and exalted greetings to all of those of the family of God among you!  It has come to my attention that George W. Bush, the President of your United States, is coming to visit your fair city on Thursday of this week.  I would like an opportunity to speak to your good people about what we would like to see your President doing, as we were primarily responsible for him winning his victory, we would like to see some return on our investment.  Therefore, I am offering a reporter from your paper five two hour interviews, the first of which I request be devoted to what has been happening to me and my people in the last few years.  The last four, however, are completely open, and your representative may ask me whatever questions he wishes, or she wishes, on any subject.
We regret we cannot offer you more, but great sacrifices will have to be made for us to give you this much.  We would appreciate a quick reply because we do not have the resources to hold this opportunity open for too long..

Yours In The Service Of Our Father In Heaven Forever,

Jesus Of Nazareth Called The Christ

This week's sabbath in The Kingdom Of God did not go well, to say the least.  This week's period of darkness unnerved everyone.  No sooner did the sabbath celebrations end, than a committee of dissidents  approached Peter and announced that they wanted Jesus to stop His South African effort, that the effort being put forth to keep John Lennon an Apostle was just too costly.  And, it was making them question the judgment of all their leaders.
"Perhaps," their leader commented, "it would be best if The Lord not return for a while, and that even you, Lord Peter, step down.  Perhaps it would be better if we had new leadership that understands the intricate nature of the livings' mind.  Perhaps as some have said, you are all too out of touch with modern times.  All being held outside of Heaven should be released, and all this foolishness ended."
Peter was just frozen, not believing what was being said.  Before he could even act, angry voices in the crowd around him began to scream  "They want to put Peter out!  They don't want The Lord back!  They want others to lead Heaven!  Drive them out!  Drive them out of Heaven!"
Before anything could be done the crowd seized the petitioners, carried them to the nearest gate, stripped them of their crowns and cast them out, screaming "Go away, demons!  Go away.  This is not your home.  This is The Lord's Place, now and forever.  You will NOT put Him out for your Earthly leaders."
Peter, having composed himself, arrived and insisted that order return.  The committee's spokesman approached him.  "Why," he asked, "can't anyone express their opinion any more?  We did not mean any of our Earthly leaders, we meant one of the other Apostles that perhaps could look at things in a different way."
Peter shook his head.  "Do you think there is any one of the twelve who would look at things any differently than I do?  I will not banish you forever.  But you have questioned The Lord.  That I cannot permit.  Be without for a year.  Then apply to return if you wish to, but if you still feel others could rule you better than The Lord, do not return at all!  Go!  The peoples' feelings are too bitter against you now.  Give them time to cool."
The committee bowed their heads and departed.  Jesus has discontinued His efforts in South Africa, not because of this committee's actions, but because time has run out for Him to be effective there. And an opportunity has presented itself in another quarter that the energy He is expending there is needed for.  The window of opportunity has passed.  The lack of response has bitterly disappointed Him.  But at least we did not get the hatred in South Africa we got in Australia.
John Lennon has offered to tender his resignation as an Apostle Designate, but Peter has refused the gesture.  He told John his efforts have been superb, and those who have lost their courage should not discourage him, but he should continue, as he has done.  John respected Peter's wishes and has remained at his post.  Such happenings are unthinkable, are unbelievable.  Each new circumstance bewilders Those in the Afterlife more and more.  They wonder how this situation can be turned around, and thusfar, there is no definite answer that can be given.  The situation is so incredible, but the battle continues.
President Bush is coming here, to Fargo some time this week.  He will probably be three miles away from The Kingdom Of God's True Embassy here on Earth.  We don't think he is coming to see us, however, as we have not been notified of any visit, or asked to meet him anywhere.  But just in case we have printed up The Kingdom Of God's Peace Proposal For The Middle East so if Bush should drop by we can present it to him.  But what we would like most is while he is here, so close to The Kingdom Of God's Power, that he officially announce that the land for peace initiative in Israel is finished, over forever, and will never be considered again, that The United States backs Israel in the full and complete retention of all their territories, and thereby end the war between The United States and The Kingdom Of God.  Not much chance of it, but we can dream.
