Criminal Slander
This is a copy of an email that has been sent to the staff of the Fargo newspaper, The Forum, complaining about the continuing abuse against us by people posting on their forum which they refuse to do anything about. Greetings! Kindly read this posting currently on your bulletin board.

Has anyone from this BB been flamed by the Polleys? Aparently they are flaming someone in Florida, here is the post about it.

I have started receiving Emails from people claiming to be friends of the Polley's. Hate filled trash. I would not be surprised if it were the Polley's themselves. Because the writing is very much like what Gerald and Linda's posts. No one in my book can be as closed minded and as full of hate to write the things you do Mr. Polley and be a conduit for any spirit of good, much less Jesus Christ. You have no idea what kind of person I am or what my beliefs are. You are very well published on the net about yours, to say I think little of it, is being nice. Let me make clear one thing, I am not stupid and if you think e-mail address can't be traced your wrong. Do not e-mail me or contact me in any way. That includes having other people do it for you.

This is unquestioned criminal slander. This person is openly
accusing us of criminal activity without any evidence whatsoever.
And it is all too likely that she and her friends are actually
the ones sending the emails to this individual to discredit us.
We firmly believe this person is a member of your staff, or a
relative of a member of your staff. And that is why she is
allowed to go uncontrolled, on your bulletin board. We regret
having to write you, but this situation of public slander is
becoming unbearable.
These postings must be removed, and this person silenced. This is
criminal activity, without a doubt! This person and her
associates are doing all in their power to destroy our good name,
and your paper is permitting this activity. We have been emailing
newspapers around the world telling them about these happenings,
and many have been visiting your forum and seeing the actions of
these individuals. Hopefully some of them will report on their
behavior and tell the world what your newspaper allows. We have
also been posting our message on bulletin boards around the world,
bringing in more visitors to see what the newspaper in Fargo
permits. Is this what you really want them to see?
We will continue our efforts, we will continue to tell the world
what your newspaper is allowing. We would like to stop. We would
like to be able to post on your forum and be treated decently. We
would like to be welcome in your community even though we have
different beliefs. And the question that people are asking around
the world is "Why aren't we?"
