I am Lord Peter, Called The Rock, Leader of The Kingdom Of God in the absensce of Our Lord And Savior, Jesus Christ.  I have been asked to come to you today and explain to you the difference between a mortal and an Immortal Soul, and that I will do.  But before I do that I must tell you what has been happening this weekend, because it disturbs us in The Kingdom Of God greatly.
First of all The Forces of The Anti Christ did not commit their attacks this weekend on the Kingdom Of God.  They did not come on the sabbath or, Sunday.  Instead they put their entire efforts on attacking Jesus at The White House in the material world.  They made four unsuccessful attempts to drive Him from The White House.  There was bitter fighting all throughout The White House and, throughout the surrounding area  The Dark Ones seemed determined to separate Jesus from Bush, to keep Jesus from influencing Bush and trying to get him to accept The Kingdom Of God's Plan For Peace In The Middle East.  The fighting is so intense in The White House that it is making everyone that works there on edge, making them angry with one another and turning them against one another, greatly inhibiting their abilities to carry on their duties. There is a great deal of psychokenitic energy still left in the area.  If Our Blessed Demetrius could get there he could use that energy to put up barriers around The White House to fortify it against The Anti Christ's attacks, to protect Jesus, His Associates, and those physical beings dwelling there.  But unfortunately he would never be invited to do so.
It is believed the forces of The Anti Christ have shifted their attack because they are afraid of The Kingdom Of God's plan of using the tribute to John Lennon on September 20th to replace the Immortal Souls now dwelling on Earth with mortal ones, and restoring the flow of energy to The Afterlife.  Apparently they are doing all in their power to prevent this, including attacking Our Faithful Servants.
Our Beloved Demetrius (Speaker Gerald Polley)  was on vacation last week in his material form, just resting and relaxing, doing very little, trying to regain his strength.  Saturday he asked Our Beloved Alura (Speaker Linda Polley) to do a simple task.  He repeated the directions for this task three times, but Alura was so weary that she listened to the voices of The Darkness and proceeded to do the task the way she wanted to do it, and not the way she was instructed.  Our Beloved Demetrius became so angry with her, that she had deliberately disobeyed Us and did what she wanted, that Saturday he destroyed all of his beloved art work in his home, tearing it up and discarding it. He also made Alura take down his art gallery on the internet, which had been enjoyed by so many, thus destroying all images of his art work, forever.  He then tore up the only copy of a manuscript of one of his beloved stories.
The psychokenitic energy in the area where Our Beloved Workers live has become so drained that they can barely function.  They need to move to a new area where they can draw on new energy with which to continue the battle, but they do not have the financial resources to do so.  So the strain on them to continue Our Work, to do what must be done, in order to save the world is destroying their personal relationship, made it almost nonexistent, and this disturbs all of us in The Afterlife greatly.  Both have small physical infections that will not heal, and are also draining their physical strength.  Their resistance to The Forces Of Darkness is costing them bitterly, and endangering Our hopes of success.  These are terrible times, worse than any of the days of old.  Those Who Bear The Light are completely ignored, while those who are spreading the Darkness, plotting the destruction of all that live, are enriched by those who will do anything for profit, who will sell their Souls for physical comfort and pleasure.  It is a sad world indeed, at this hour.
Now that these things are done, I will answer the question that has been given us.  What are  mortal and immortal Souls?
A mortal Soul is a young Soul that is tied to the biosphere where Our Holy Father created it.  It is tied to that place, and if it leaves it, it will perish.  It cannot exist anywhere else, only in that biosphere.  It is these young Souls that provide the energy that sustains The Spirit Realm, that keeps their brothers and sisters alive in The Afterlife.  The surplus energy that they create when they take on physical form empowers the circle of existence.  Without mortal Souls an Afterlife, an Eternal Home For All cannot exist.
As long as the mortal Souls exist, They maintain The Afterlife and the biosphere in which They dwell.  If too many of these young Souls perish, if the forces of Darkness drive Them to The Second Death and They are destroyed forever, The Circle Of Life collapses.  All that exists in that biosphere is destroyed.  All life in the material form dies off and most of the Souls in The Afterlife fade out and cease to exist forever.  That is why the forces of Darkness on Earth must be defeated.  Because if they are not, if the current attitudes continue, so many mortal Souls will be destroyed that the Earth will die.  Life on it will simply, slowly stop until there is nothing left but a barren wasteland.  This is what mortal Souls are, and why they must continue to exist.
Immortal Souls are Souls that have developed to such a level, that have reached such a state of energy that They are no longer dependent on the biosphere in which They evolved.  They can travel through the stars to any world that has a biosphere, take on the forms of those living there, and exist among them, as if They were natives of that biosphere.  In other words, They are truly Immortal.  Even if the biosphere dies where They were originally created, They can go to any other biosphere and continue to exist, continue to spread The Father's Glory.
On Earth at the present time there are only a little over 150 human Souls that have reached the immortal state, that could exist outside of Earth, should the Earth's biosphere be destroyed. Each of Them exists on the edge of being an Ultimate Soul  They are the keystones of The Afterlife, that keep it intact for the rest of the human race.
As I have mentioned, Ultimate Souls, I had best explain what They Are. Our Beloved Father has found a way to insure that The Glory that He has created will exist forever.  Each of the races that He has created throughout the universe, from time to time creates an Ultimate Soul to which time and space does not exist, that can instantaneously travel to any point in creation and every so often Our Glorious Father calls ten of these Souls together to some far and distant world, where life is ready to be born and has Them dance the dance of life and bring life to that world, and insure that His Glory never passes from the universe.  Such is the wisdom and The Glory of Our Father.
These are the three glorious levels of existence, that Our Glorious Father has created for us, so that that He has created will never pass away.  I have told you these things so that you may know and understand them, and know why the world of man must be saved, so that The Glory that The Father has intended for it will never pass away.
