Were There Terrorists On The Old Worlds?
Did The Old Worlds suffer with terrorism as the Earth is plagued with it today? Is this a common phenomena throughout the universe? How did other worlds solve this problem? Well, The Havens and The Peepians never had anything akin to terrorism. They had infiltrators, that, during the time of war, would attack military and industrial installations, but organized attacks on innocent civilians were not a common practice. The Havens might blow away rebel cities during battle, but they rarely did so after hostilities ceased. Only The Hashons had a problem with terrorism as we know it on Earth, but this was short lived because The Hashons had a harsh way of dealing with it. Every time a terrorist group attacked innocent civilians the authorities would find those responsible and surgicaly sterilize ten of their people for every person killed. Terrorist attacks among The Hashons were rare, and, far between. No, like many other phenomena, terrorism as practiced on Earth today, seems to be a phenomena strangely peculiar to the human race. It doesn't seem to be a way that others made war.
