Bush Saw Mary Magdalene

Mary Magdalene believes President Bush saw her standing over him just before he fainted this weekend.  She was assuring him that he was all right, that nothing was going to happen. He still had a lot to do for The Kingdom Of God.  Mary is still upset, though, that Bush continues to refuse the power offered to him by The Kingdom Of God, and prefers to follow man's desires.  He wants the praise of man rather than the praise of God.  He can't give up the few things that The Kingdom Of God opposes to receive Its full Power.  He doesn't want to upset some of his friends by standing against things that they support, like anti-abortion and easing environmental regulations, to name a couple.  He feels these things are so important to his supporters that he might lose their support if he begins to speak against them, and he would rather have their support than the support of God.  It is so strange that men are this way, that human beings will throw away their greatness because they fear the reactions of their friends and loved ones if they change long-held misguided attitudes, and accept the Way of The Kingdom Of God.   What fools these mortals be!  And how sad it will be for them when they finally enter The Kingdom Of God and find what they have lost, when they know what a true beacon they could have been for mankind, and, what their fears cost them.
Mary Magdalene does not give up, however.  She still works with Bush in his every waking hour, to get him to accept The Kingdom Of God, as her husband, Jesus, works with Mrs. Bush to try to get her to support The Kingdom Of God and not man's wishes.  She is actually far closer to The Kingdom Of God than her husband, which is not an unusual circumstance.  Throughout the ages women have led the way in the battle for right more than men have.  They have been the true power behind the Glory of many who have saved the world in the past, and will probably be the true power that will save mankind in this crisis.
The struggle continues daily.  The White House is the battleground.  We haven't won yet, nor, have we lost.  The battle goes on.
The documentary film made about our work with John Lennon during the 2,000 U.S. Presidential election, "Where Has Eternity Gone?" is being screened for the first time, today at The Slamdance Film Festival, in Park City, Utah.  We hope it does well.
Linda is off to the hospital this morning for her little surgery.  Your prayers would be appreciated.

"Equal and exact justice to all men, of whatever state or persuasion, religious or political; peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations---entangling alliances with none; . . . freedom of religion; freedom of the press; freedom of person under the protection of the habeas corpus; and trial by juries impartially selected ---- these principles form the bright constellation which has gone before us, and guided our steps through an age of revolution and reformation.  The wisdom of our sages and the blood of our heroes have been devoted to their attainment. They should be the creed of our political faith --- the text of civil instruction --- the touchstone by which to try the services of those we trust; and should we wander from them in moments of error or alarm, let us hasten to retrace our steps and to regain the road which alone leads to peace, liberty and safety."

-Thomas Jefferson [First Inaugural Address]

"The republican is the only form of government which is not entirely at open or secret war with the rights of mankind."

-Thomas Jefferson [Letter To William Hunter 1790]

"Love and hate are emotions that feed on themselves; but of the two hate is the more enduring.  Love is limited by our limited strength---it draws its power from living and giving; but hate is like death and avarice---it is a sort of active abstraction, apart from people and things."

- Honore De Balzac

"Indeed, what is there that does not appear marvelous when it comes to our knowledge for the first time?  How many things too, are looked upon as quite impossible until they have been actually effected?"

 -Pliny The Elder

"I do not allow myself to suppose that either the convention or the League have concluded to decide that I am either the greatest or best man in America but rather they have concluded that it is not best to swap horses while crossing the river, and have further concluded that I am not so poor a horse that they might not make a botch of it in trying to swap."

-Abraham Lincoln [Reply to The National Union League 1864]
