This warrant gives Brig. Gen. Mark Kimmitt the right to enter any city in Iraq, to enter any structure in that city, no matter what its purpose, and seize and arrest for murder one Muqtada al-Sadr, and hold him for duly appointed authorities until such time as he can be tried for the crimes of multiple murder against the people of Iraq and those who have come  to assist them in their struggle for freedom.

I issue this warrant in the name of God, Just And Merciful, and order my earthly servant to sign it in my stead, and present it to the individual here named, that is a member of my holy jihad against the evil that is trying to destroy my people.  He may do the will of God and seize this individual who is doing harm to all of the people of Iraq, and threatens to destroy the world.

Let no man hinder him that is given this warrant.  Any that try to oppose him with words or, with weapons, shall lose their place in Paradise.  Any that defend the individual named in this warrant with arms, will lose their eternal existence.  The will of God, just and merciful, has been made known to you.  If you refuse it, the consequences will not be the result of those serving this warrant.  They will be held blameless in any circumstance.  The results will be reckoned against you for raising your hand against the appointed servants of God doing His will.
This warrant shall be signed by my earthly representative who I give all my power and, all my authority over Islam.  Any that deny him, any that speak against him, speak against me.  For he is my blood and, my servant.  So let those who oppose him beware.
