A Slightly Different "We Are The World"
As Beatles & Friends do their concerts in The Afterlife they have a request period. "We Are The World" by Michael Jackson is a song that is almost always requested. John sings a slightly modified version. He still says it's Michael Jackson's song, he takes no credit for it. He just changed a few words that he feels Michael would have changed if he knew the circumstances. John would like Michael to see his version and make his comments on it, whether or not he approves of it. John thinks he will. If anybody knows Michael send him these lyrics, ask him what he thinks.

FOOTNOTE Well, we made it to the hospital and back the other day, though it was a bitter experience! They insisted we both have flu shots. That's gonna cost us! But they really thought with Gerald's health problems it was necessary. And they wanted Linda fortified too. We're hoping the weather is a little bit better next week when we need to go back again. We simply don't know how we're going to pay for this. Linda's still working on John's Christmas gift to the world "The 3rd Platoon, Christ's Brigade," but so many things are coming up she's having a hard time getting the illustrations ready. But we're hoping to have it up by Christmas. Just too many things to do and not enough hands!
