A Marine's Christmas Message To The President

Below is a message we have received from a marine in The Afterlife who was chosen to speak on behalf of all of his comrades. He told us that most of his buddies that were there when this incident that he describes occurred have survived. He hopes that they will hear of him giving this message and come forward and say "Yes! I remember that day! I was there with that Sergeant. I remember that incident happening." He would like the world to know that he has survived, and that he is proud of what he has accomplished, that he was able to say "We tried, sir!" The Polleys

Christmas Greetings From A Sergeant Of Marines Who Fell In Iraq,
To The President Of The United States, George W. Bush

To The Commander And Chief,

Sincere and profound greetings! I do not wish to give my name because I am speaking for all my comrades who fell in Iraq. I want you to know that we all feel that we served with honor and were doing something that was fully and completely justified. Sadly, some among us did things that were against the military codes. But that does not shame what we did. It only shames those that committed those acts, and not The Corps.
It is said that the people of Iraq do not want us there, that we are causing more trouble than we are preventing. We do not believe this is so. I want to relate to you something that happened to me just before I left the world. We were in one of the worst areas. There was some trouble there. A group of us were with an interpreter when an old Iraqi came up. I can't imagine how old he must've been! But he looked at us and said "May I speak to you?" "Certainly!" we answered. "I have a dream," the man continued, "I have a dream that some day in my land my children can have things. That they can own things, and some men with guns are not going to come and take those things away from them. This is a dream I have had for a long time. And I believe because you are here, because you have come, some day my dream will come true. I know you are a people that believe in dreams, that believe a man's dreams can come true. I thank you for being here. I just wanted to say these things to you." With that the old man simply bowed to us and hobbled off. A few days later I was killed, but I was not afraid. Someone came for me, and led me to That Better Place and I was greeted by The Commander Of All Divisions who said to me "Welcome Home, marine!"
It is hard to put what I am feeling into words, but this is the best I can do. Thank you, Mr. President, for letting me try to help fulfill that old man's dream. Thank you for not turning away, for not closing your eyes, for not saying "It's not our problem, it's not our affair. Why should we get involved?" Thank you for saying "This has gone on long enough! This must be stopped!" We are not hated, Mr. President. Only those that want to dominate, that want to oppress, that want to rape and murder hate us. Those that want to be able to keep what they have do not hate us. I think they wish there were more of us.
God bless and keep you. May those that speak against you become mute. May the righteousness of your actions be proven to all.

A Marine Who Was Proud To Have Served You

**************

Over the years we have gotten some questions that you would think people could figure out the answers to. But another time a marine used the phrase "Commander Of All Divisions," and we were asked what it means. Well, it means God, The Supreme Commander, The One Who Has Authority Over All Divisions. When a marine says "all divisions," we have been told, he is not, or, she, speaking of the marine corps alone, but all the military services. So when a marine in The Afterlife uses this phrase they are saying that they recognize God as The Ultimate Authority, the One who they are most obligated to obey. We will admit, when we first heard the phrase, we were a little curious about it. But when it was explained to us we understood it perfectly! We hope others will, too!

Another question we have gotten over the years. "Is the Marine Corps active in The Afterlife? Do they still perform any duties?" Absolutely! The Kingdom Of God has found that ex marines are the very best Angelic Workers with other marines! So whenever possible they obtain their services to help and guide other marines in the material world. There is a chain of command according to the years that somebody served. Say, if a general served for five years from 1956 to 1961 all marines that died during that time period would be under his command, etc. Sometimes other members of The Kingdom Of God will put themselves under a general's command. Members of The Angelic Guard, Havens, have no difficulty at all accepting the authority of a marine corps officer who is recognized by The Kingdom Of God. Of course, as with all human beings, not all marines are perfect, and some of them don't make it to The Kingdom Of God. But they are a minority. Most marines find themselves arriving at The Gate and are eager to serve. It is sometimes difficult for those in The Kingdom Of God to get them to take a year or so off, and adjust to The Afterlife. When there's something going on they want to get right into the fight and support their living brothers and sisters. The Kingdom Of God always appreciates the marines!
