Family Ties
We were asked if Linda was Roman in Biblical times, why did
her children have Greek names? Well, the answer is, her husband's
father was Greek. He had been a slave to a member of the family
who was an officer in the army. During a campaign that officer's
troops rebelled and tried to kill him. Demetrius' grandfather
saved his relative's life. In gratitude the family took him in
and had him declared Roman. He married a Roman woman and had a
son that grew up with Demetrius' mother. But when they became old
enough they found they had more than brother and sister feelings
and married. In honor of his grandfather Demetrius and his
brothers and sisters were given Greek names. This was a common
practice in Rome. Many families had members who were free slaves.
This was not an unusual circumstance.
The doctors keep wanting us to spend more and more money. Gerald
has been taking a drug for diabetes once a day. The prescription
assistance kept wanting to send him a lot more of it. we checked
with the clinic once and they said he was only supposed to be
taking it once a day. we checked with them again this time, and
come to find out he was supposed to be taking it twice a day
after all. Now the doctors want him to test four times a day for
a couple of weeks and come in for a check up. We simply can't
afford it. The testing strips cost a buck a piece, and we're just
about out. It's something that's going to have to wait until our
resources are a little bit better.
Linda's tummy is still acting up, but the doctor says it's all
right as long as gas is coming out from both ends. Gerald's
insect bite is slowly getting better but he wishes he wasn't so
sensitive to everything. Whatever this little critter was it
packed a wallop! It was definitely carrying something Gerald'
body didn't like. The dark ones definitely do not like something
we're doing, they're throwing everything they can muster at us
trying to stop us. Something very important may be on the
horizon.
Oh, Kurt Cobain And The Wonders are beginning to do interviews. A
reporter in The afterlife asked Judy Garland what brought her
into this project. She looked at him as if she was mystified then
answered, "I have loved ones in the material world. When it
is their time to join me here I want something Here. I don't want
it to have all passed away. There's no great mystery. I want
there to be something over the rainbow, not just empty
darkness." I don't think anybody could've put it any better
than that! That's why people in The Afterlife work so hard for
people in the material world. When the time comes They want them
