Pesky Physical Problems
Boy! The dark ones are really fighting us! This is one of those rare months where Gerald would have an extra payday, and we wanted to use it to pay on the bills. But no such luck! His neck isn't getting any better, it's getting worse and worse! He went to bed Sunday and within minutes was in so much agony that he couldn't lie down. He tried sitting up and sleeping in a chair in the living room, but he kept waking up with phlegm that he couldn't cough up or swallow and that he was choking on. So finally he got Linda up, they walked down to the emergency room, they gave him some pain pills, and some muscle relaxant. The pain pills helped a little. Gerald was able to sleep for a couple of hours. But it was still agonizing for him to get up out of bed, or to lay back down. So we've made an appointment with our regular doctor this morning. Hopefully they can give Gerald something so he can work Tuesday. These things usually only last a couple of days and then disappear. But lately each time they're showing up they get worse and worse and last longer and longer! As Gerald keeps saying, he wouldn't wish this arthritis on his worst enemy! And if it isn't the arthritis, whatever it is he wouldn't wish on his worst enemy!
Those in The Afterlife continue to be irate with those that are supposed to be working with us, that we do not have staff and the things we need for these emergencies, or have the proper medical care that we need when we need it.
The new computer is still giving us problems. This Vista system is just about useless! It won't let us download programs we need for the computer to properly function even though Microsoft recommends them, they won't download. We keep getting a message that we don't have java in the computer, when the computer is telling us that it's been installed and enabled! One of the technicians that we've been talking to says it looks like someone at Microsoft deliberately sabotaged the system. Maybe he was angry at Bill Gates or something. But whatever, this is the second brand new computer and we can't get it to function! Thank goodness for the little transfer device so we can bring stuff that we've done over from the old computer and at least upload it on this one! But if the old computer gives out we're really in a mess! Again, it is a lack of knowledgeable staff which by now we should have.
Of course everybody wants to know what Princess Diana (Queen Diana in The Afterlife) thought of the concert her sons put on for her. She expresses her absolute delight! The only thing that would've made it better, she says, would have been if her sons had announced their abducation. But the joy that poured in to her from all over the world she deeply appreciates. A tremendous amount of power was generated for The Kingdom Of God by the concert, and Diana is dispersing it to all those that need it. But she wants so much for her sons to be out of the royal maddness! She wishes not to make any more negative comments about the queen, but she can only say that she will never, ever speak to her again! When she comes to The Afterlife she will have nothing to do with her. There can never be anything between them. The bitterness she feels for the queen will never pass!
In Monday's "Here's Jesus!" Jesus answers two questions from December, 2,002, "Do You watch tv, do You listen to the radio? If so what are Your favorite programs?" and "Why should I wear dresses to church?" Great as always!
