I am writing you to inform the world that I have had enough. I will not tolerate any more suicide attacks like the one that occured near Kirkuk at Abdalla Kabab, a busy restaurant where fifty people or more were killed, where there were children playing in a playground. This will simply not be tolerated any more. Thursday night I dispatched The Angel Of Destruction and had him destroy the souls of fifty people associated with this suicide bomber. We know who they are. They have become the living dead. When their physical form dies they will die forever, they will never know Paradise, I have taken Paradise from them. Next Thursday night at midnight fifty more souls will be destroyed. The next Thursday night after that at midnight fifty more souls will be destroyed until five hundred souls associated with this suicide bomber have paid the price for what he did. We have started with the leaders of the organizations that support them. We will continue destroying the souls of the members of these organizations until Our quota is met. And I warn the world, I warn everyone, from now on every time a suicide bomber strikes We will destroy the souls of ten of their associates for every person they kill. If We have to destroy every member of a certain sect We will do so until they stop killing. There is only one way that We will stop. If those associated with the suicide bomber that recruited him and trained him surrender, make complete confession, and accept immediate execution We will spare the rest associated with them. No lunatic will blow up another child in my name. No creature of Darkness will call holy jihad and murder the innocent any more! They will be hunted down and they will be destroyed forever, no matter how high their position. Anyone that will not act, anyone that calls this filth their Islamic brothers and tolerates them will be destroyed, will be among those whose souls are turned to shreds to evaporate into nothingness. There is to be no negotiations, there is to be no compromise, those that kill are to be hunted down and destroyed, or I will destroy them and all around them.
