Most Honorable Citizens,

I must tell you the world is in crisis. What is happening in your country is only a very small part of it. Christianity has failed. Jesus has abandoned mankind. However, there is hope. Though Muhammed has also departed the people of Islam have begun to follow his wishes and if we can put a few things together he will return. Because of Jesus' departure my servant's powers are severely crippled. His purpose is to hunt and destroy evil, and he can no longer distinguish between those who can be saved and those who are lost forever. I am seeking to raise a group of young women with special powers to go to him and live with him as his daughters, and restore his powers. This will be one of the most important missions any young women have ever undertaken. If they do not succeeed mankind will perish. They will die a slow and agonizing death as the world shrivels up and dies.
As these young women will have such an important mission they must be offered a great reward. Four of them, a Christian, a Muslim, a Hindu and a Shinto will be given power and glory equal to my own and in 100 years when The Children Of The Lords return to the stars they will be given an entire world to rule over as I rule over the Earth. For the service they will provide this is the only reward that would be appropriate. I must tell the people of Iraq that one of those young women lives among them and I desire greatly that they call her forth. She is the daughter of one of your rulers. She is between 13 & 14 yrs old, highly intelligent, and already speaks of the possibility of there being aliens on Earth living among mankind. This young woman possesses a power that is vital to us. She possesses the power to mend souls who are destined for eternal death and restore them to eternal life. So she is vital to Our efforts. The need for her is great. She is, however, also the primary warrior, the greatest fighter, the one whose spiritual power will protect the overall leader.
I have suggested many ways in which the leaders of The Islamic World could help Speaker Polley raise the funds to support this program. Millions of dollars will be needed if the human race is to survive. Speaker Polley & his people are very proud. They do not like to take charity, ask for gifts. They prefer to make their own way. I ask the people of Iraq to request of their government that they see if they could engage in some of these efforts to raise the necessary funds so this project may be gotten underway. I will tell you of another project that the courier/protectors will be working on, that Speaker Polley is even now trying to raise funds for. We want to make a permanent peace in The Middle East by establishing a separate homeland for The Palestinians outside of Israel on land bought from Egypt from The Sainai. This would be one of the efforts that the courier/protectors as they are called would be involved in. I have asked Speaker Polley to run for the Presidency Of The United States. This project is part of his ongoing campaign to prove the superority of Our ways over those of the politicians. I ask the leaders of Iraq to rally to him, to place ads in their newspapers telling The Iraqi People I am seeking one of their daughters to glorify and send to the stars. As a reward I offer The Islamic People a new home in the stars.
My rewards are great. Man should not refuse them. They should embrace them with joy and cry "God is with us! He fulfills us!" Those that stand with me will be glorified, those that oppose me will be lost forever. There is nothing in between. So all must choose. I ask you to choose with me. I ask you to follow me, to find the chosen one and ask her to serve. Three were chosen before. Islam had more opportunity than anyone else. But they preferred the ways of man and rejected what they were offered. So now in Iraq we have one last hope, one last daughter of Islam that can do the things that need to be done. We need her courage, We need her strength. There will not be another like her for 30 years. She is the last chance We will have for the restoring power. So the need for her is great. I ask the people of Iraq to call her forth, and I ask them to help raise the funds to support her and her sisters. Christianity has stumbled, it has fallen into the Darkness. The Islamic People have a chance to be glorified forever by providing me the Light that can be sent into the Darkness to guide them out. Christianity will be indebted to Islam forever. So I ask those that lead Iraq to lead it well to seek their daughter of glory and send her to her father so that by combining their powers he can protect the world and restore all that is good. You have such an opportunity. Destiny rarely touches a people as it now touches the people of Iraq. Few have such an opportunity to be glorified. Those who are wise seize these opportunities and become famous forever. Be among the wise! Begin a correspondence with my servant. Receive my power and save your children from those who would sell them into inhuman bondage to fulfill their perverted lust. Let it be said for eternity that Islam lead the way, their daughter was the first.
