Be it known that my servant is not a part of The American Government. The American government forbids this decree. They want the status quo in Iran to continue. They want an enemy in power there to distract their own people from what they are doing in The United States. They do not want The Iranian People to have a good government that is not oppressing them. They want a tyrant in power there. I am against The American Government at this time so I am issuing this decree. The person issuing it for me has my full power and authority as my only recognized representative on Earth and will sign this document in my stead in opposition to the policies of the current American Government.
