Most profound greetings! Let me state clearly in the beginning so it will be understood, I have nothing to do with the American government. At the present time I am in opposition to the current residents of The White House because they are defying God and sodomizing His children. As a part of that opposition I intend to again run for the Presidency in 2,012. I will state to you now if I was to win that Presidency I would cease all hostilities against your country. I would not be worried at all about your nuclear weapons program, or, you developing long range missiles because of a simple fact. You and your leaders are wise enough that you know it would be suicide to use an atomic weapon on the south, or, anyplace else. And I do not mind you being communist at all, if this is your choice. I would simply desire that you cooperate with other people.
Because of the current difficulties that We are having, We have made a proposal to your leader, which The United States Government is doing all in its power to keep the North Korean People from finding out about. Here is a link to that proposal.

Here is also a link to the magazine that proposal is in, that has much more information on the project, including our efforts to raise funds to send a shipment of sugar and another shipment of fuel oil to North Korea to show Our good will. But The United States Government is blocking all of Our efforts to raise funds.

We ask you to announce the offer that We have made to your president, and for the North Korean People to ask The Japanese to fulfill Emperor Hirohito's wishes, send a Shinto courier/protector, so that the North Korean protector can join her and destroy the evil that threatens the world. We would very much like to hear back from you, to arrange to have a permanent representative in your press service be a go between with Us, carrying Our messages to her people. God would prefer a female because at this time He is empowering women to establish their equality, and He wishes women to lead the way in this effort. We have made some proposals concerning the female press representatives that were recently tried and convicted, which We feel is your absolute right when people enter your country illegally. But they could much better be used against Obama if they were covering the story of the search for the spiritual protector in North Korea and Japan. It would be a gesture of good will that would seriously hurt Obama's efforts against you.
We believe The North Korean People should know what is offered them, a home in the stars with a leader that truly cares about them taking care of them, and, prosperity here on Earth, living in any political system they desire to live in. It can be done if We work together. Don't let Obama use you! Don't let him distract The American People. Don't play his game. Assist Us in defeating him, and The North Korean People will earn a place in history and their leaders will be glorified.
Where the offer that has been made to Mrs. Schwarzenegger in California has been withdrawn there may be a possibility of The North Korean People being offered more than this original proposal if We can get other spiritual protectors to take their posts and have territory in the stars available to offer to those that stand with Us. It would be to the advantage of The North Korean People if they reach out to other world leaders God is trying to get to listen to Him, and ask them to cooperate, to show that they really care about the people and are not just playing politics.
