WIth growing alarm lately, we receive more and more news of different organizations and individuals attacking the New Age Movement abd The Ancient Faiths because they link them with the disgusting and foul practices of Satanism. There is a movement in England to ban all teachings of The Olde Faith of Wicca because of the misconception that this faith is akin to Satanism, and responsible for human and animal sacrifices. There are similar feelings growing in America, and other countries.
What can we who knew The Truth do to battle these misconceptions, to deal with the sickness created by ignorant men that defiles the Ancient and good Teachings that we adhere to?
First of all, we must band together. All our publications must become aware of the dangerous situation that is growing, and unite to combat it.
John Kurluk, P. O. Box XXXX, Baltimore, MD XXXXX-XXXX, publisher of Crafts & Curios, (No longer publishing this zine) is, at present, forming a Pagan/Wiccan Press Association (No longer available.) for the sharing of information and the more rapid spread of news that affects us all.
Firstly, I strongly suggest that all New Age Publications join in this Association. We have often thought such a group was necessary, but have not had the time to divert from our own work to start and maintain such a group. We strongly urge all our friends in the publishing business to join this group, and, to make it work.
Secondly, those who truly worship The Givers Of Light, and not The Takers Of Life, must come to the forefront of the battle against those who defile our Ancient Ways. We must seek out and expose any committing atrocities in The Names Of Our Blessed Ones.
If you suspect any group or individual that contacts you is involved in the Satanic rites, gather as much information as you can and give it to the local authorities in that group's or individual's area. Trying to hid or conceal such activitiy is the worst thing we can do. Such evil must be exposed and destroyed as quickly as possible. And if it is exposed by members of The Olde Faiths, then it will seperate us from those that practice these obsceneties. And the just and good in the communities where we live will come to understand that we are not part of this sickness created by Catholic Priests in the 14th and 15th centuries to frighten their perishoners and give them an excuse to murder any who still held The Olde Beliefs superior to their own corrupt and weakening faith, that had already defiled and corrupted much of what their Blessed Teacher had given them.
Thirdly, whenever Satanist activity is exposed in any area, those of The Olde Faiths must speak out through the news media, letting everyone know that this is not part of our Faith, but the product of sick and misguided minds.
Only if we stand together can the Olde Way be reborn, can we take our rightful place in the world community, and end the decades of lies taught about Our Ways.
We must unite! If we do not, The Dream will surely die, and we will fall back into a new Dark Age, where a corrupt and ignorant faith will again block all Light from the souls of man, and plunge them into savage ignorance.
