The President nodded. His son hurried off. The President sniffled. One of The Secret Service Men stepped up and handed him a handkerchief. "Kids!" The President muttered.
"Yes, sir!" The Secret Service Man answered. "I've got three, sir. I understand, sir!"
"Let's get to work!" The President snapped. "Let's get to work!"
Within five hours The President was boarding Air Force One. It was taxiing down the runway and headed west. They spent several hours listening to North Korean newscasts. The Leader was still assuring them of a glorious victory. The arrival of their allies to boost their forces against the approaching enemy proved their cause was just.
They hadn't reached San Francisco when word came that a surface ship had launched twelve missiles towards The United States. All had been destroyed far out at sea.
"What do you want to bet," somebody remarked, "they were filled with a modified cold virus."
"There'll be no takers on that!" The President laughed. "Sing, I've really got to lie down for a while. These changing time zones really get to me. Could you help me with these translations in my bedroom?"
"Of course, Mr. President!" the young woman answered. Everybody grinned and The President gave them a dirty look. Once the bedroom door shut Sing looked at The President rather mischievousy. "This is considered your residence, isn't it, your private quarters?"
"The same as my bedroom at the White House!"
"Good!" the young woman snapped. She kicked off her shoes and began to undo her dress.
"May I ask what you think you're doing?" The President remarked.
"What everybody THINKS I'm doing!" Sing answered, "What your wife said I could do. I'm not as confident as she is that you'll come back from this little adventure, so, I want it now!"
"Now, do you?" The President remarked. "Now what if I just say no, young lady?"
Sing Lu was now only in her underpants. She came over to The President, embraced him, and kissed him passionately. "You won't!" she answered.
"No," The President agreed, "I guess I won't!" He proceeded to undress and Sing came to him very passionately. "Whoa!" The President remarked. "Let's take it a little bit slower. It'll be more enjoyable that way. Hold my hand. Look into my eyes and relax. We are one. We are one body, we are one mind, , we are one soul. What you feel, I feel. What I feel, you feel. What I know you know, What you know, I know. We are one body, one mind, one soul."
Slowly they fell into lovemaking and when they were done Sing Lu let out a sigh. "What was that?" she asked, "It was wonderful!"
"It's the way we make love," The President answered, "not just physically, but completely. It takes a little getting used to, but once one does it increases the pleasure considerably!"
"I'll say!" Sing muttered. "I saw images, BEAUTIFUL things yet FRIGHTENING things!"
"Yes," The President agreed, "it can be a little frightening at first. For some learning to release is a challenge. Totally sharing with someone else is not easy for some. I am glad though, you got rid of that little gun. Where you had it hidden would have been quite uncomfortable if it had discharged while we were having intercourse!"
Sing sat up and stared at him in horror. "You know?" she muttered. "You know about the gun?"
"Of course!" The President answered. "From the first time you got within five feet of me. The strongest image in your mind has been that you were supposed to sneak the gun out, put it up against my head, and shoot me. Pretty interesting little device, made of plastic so a metal detector won't pick it up!" Tell me, why didn't you use it? That is what The Supreme One told you to do. Why have you betrayed him?"
"Because as soon as I got here," Sing answered, "I found everything I'd ever been told about.you was a lie. They don't bring little girls into your bedroom so you can rape them. You send away girls that are too young. People don't obey you because they're terrified of you, they obey you because you love them.
I asked your wife why everybody always wanted to do so much for you, and she answered, because you do so much for other people, you love them just as much as they love you. You'll do anything for them. So, they'll do anything for you. I realized it was The Great One who was the real creature of Darkness, the real enemy of my people. Now you will send me away."
"I don't see why!" The President argued. "I need you! Anyway, somebody's already attached to you. And if I send you away he's never going to have the opportunity to make his feelings known."
