rules Heaven in the absence of Jesus Christ. It is intended to make
mankind aware of what Heaven approves of and, disapproves of. All
comments put on it are approved by Lord Peter before they are placed
hereon. Most are dictated by him, personally, so there will be no
confusion as to what is said.
