11  "You know, North, there's other sexual pleasures a man can have besides with a woman," the other continued boldly.  "If you're interested, would be."
12   North stopped so abruptly that the officer almost fell over. "What's the matter, North?" the officer asked. "Are you all right?"
13 North merely stared at him with eyes that seemed to be ice. Then, he moved forward with such a vicious attack that the Instructor was forced backwards, using his shield to ward off the sledge hammer blows. It suddenly dawned on him that North was trying to kill him. The mock
combat had become deadly serious. "Hey, North! " the Officer was screaming, "Back off! Come on! Ease up! What's the matter with you?"
14 North merely pressed his vicious attack. By this time he had the Officer trapped in the corner and fighting desperately for his life. The other Cadets and Instructors stopped fencing and watched. One of the Instructors near Morn suddenly realized the seriousness of the situation. "Hey this is for real!" he cried. "We've got to stop it!"
15 Morn cut him off. "Don't be a fool!" he warned. North would cut a dozen of you to pieces before you could get to him. Back off! Leave it to me!"
16 Cautiously Morn moved in with a sudden lunge. Just as North took the Instructor's shield from his hand and was coming around with a blow that would mean certain death to his opponent, another sword darted in and lifted his up and away. "Come on, North! " cried Morn, "you've
shown the Instructors they're no match for you. Let's show them what WE can do!"
17 While he was talking, Morn had slipped between North and the Instructor. North's staring, cold eyes met him, and Morn didn't like what he saw there; pure, burning hate, devouring anger, burning insanity. "Move, Morn!" North snapped, "Move aside!"
18 While North's eyes were locked on his, Morn sprung forward. Dropping his sword, he struck with his fist. He
