formation that will reveal certain facts that
will sorrow the heart of The Light Of Our People. I would hope the
Justice of Our Worlds would review this transmission with me, that I
may know he receives all the data, intact."
84 "Let this Officer in my Service," The Lord God commanded, "begin his
transmission. All else I must do is sat aside until I have heard what
it is that has so troubled him."
85 Morn began the transmission. The data went to the main screen
wherever his father was, and Morn could watch The Lord God's
expression, as he went over it; at first confusion, then bewilderment,
then anger, and finally full rage. Morn could see the strain his father
was going through not to explode before him.
86 "Morn," he ordered, "you are to remain on your ship until you
receive orders otherwise. You will transmit orders to North and this
other Officer also. It will not take long for me to get things moving,
but I want to be sure you are safe, and North is safe before I act, and
before you say it, do not be concerned. I will see to the wives and
children of those involved. But do not ask me for any more than that,
Morn. They will eventually be put under yours and North's protection.
As to their husbands," The Lord God did not have to finish his
statement. Morn already had a good idea what would happen to their
husbands, especially the General that had spoken to North.
87 Morn shut down, put the crystal back in his belt, shut the console
and went up to the main command deck, to transmit his father's orders.
Several hours later a battleship maneuvered into position by both Morn
and North's vessels, along with several other ships. A full squad of
The Lord's Guard entered both vessels to see to their Commanders'
safety while more of The Guard secured North's home, to protect his
family.
