61 North opened his travel bag, took out the light flying boots he'd
brought, and began to take off his heavy-duty boots. Sweet Cloud was
still watching the two Security Men. "We can't let those two go out by
themselves," she warned, "they'll end up either getting speared by
another fisherman, or, shark bait, and I don't want to be responsible
for that."
62 "Maybe you're right," agreed North, "Hey, you two!" he called, "Come
on over here. Excuse me, gentlemen," North requested to the men sitting
at his side, "would you mind trading places with these two? They're
green, and we've got to give them some quick fishing lessons!"
63 The two men nodded and quickly changed seats with the Security Men.
"Sweet Cloud," North introduced, "this is Security Man High Mountain,
and his partner Flaming Cloud. Look, you two, we'd better give you some
instructions before you hurt yourself or, somebody else!"
64 Sweet Cloud showed the two men how to hold their spear and throw it,
and how to handle the line. North told them the rules of the air; how
to stay out of the other fisherman's way. By the time they reached the
shallows the men had a pretty good idea of what was going on.
65 "Leave your boots in the locker," suggested North. "Better to go in
your socks, than to try to fly half a day in THOSE things without
anti-gravity!" The men agreed.
66 Finally, the flier hovered and they sailed off, North and his
companion keeping an eye on their two charges. The fishing was
exceptional, all four were getting their limit. It was hard to miss
when the water was so full of fish.
67 North had returned from the flier after putting his second catch in
