22 The resignations were a bonus to Morn. Not only did he get his
Fleet, but he was able to replace three system Governors with Havens
who gave to him absolute loyalty. When The Lord God, two months later,
withdrew fifty more star drive vessels from Hashon systems to the
outlying colonies, because of further Peepian attacks, Morn asked Fleet
for funds to build fifty vessels with star drive capability to be
crewed by Hashons. Almost without hesitation the funds were approved.
23 In less than six months Morn had a Fleet of two-hundred warships
under his personal control! He was swiftly catching up with his friend
