74 North was kept constantly busy intercepting Imperial raids. But a growing worry was constantly on his mind that interfered with all else. They were rapidly running out of leap crystals. Soon they would be unable to quickly respond to Imperial attacks.
75 He had cut back operations drastically, saving the few crystals he had left. Now, he had decided to make one last major raid against Tne Empire with the last of his available crystals, hoping to get The Empire so far back that it would give him more time to prepare heavier defenses.
76 Meanwhile, Morn was repairing the damage North's rash act had done. Through his efforts the other rebels had not only rejoined The Republic, but agreed to accept Republic Law, and to make their systems democratic.
77 Now Morn began daily broadcasts to The Peepians in which he conversed with each of their political leaders, answering their questions and educating them in The Ways Of The Lords, beginning with The First Teachings Of The Old Fox right up to The Hour Of Rebellion.
78 What Morn did not know, was that he was teaching far more than The Peepians, for the open broadcast was picked up and broadcast into every Rebel System, and even into The Empire. Morn was bringing back The Faith of every Hashon, and converting the faith of The Havens dwelling in The Rebel Systems.
