56 "Not very well," answered Communications. "Each ship has only about
one-hundred gallons to spare, but supply has come up with about
one-hundred-fifty gallons of fruit juice. It's a variety nobody cares
for too much, so it's sat in storage for awhile, but it's still good.
Taking out the solids that gives us about four-hundred gallons. We're
still one-hundred gallons short."
57 The Helm looked up. "Sir, I've got a gallon of wine under my bunk I
can spare."
58 "Ah...so have I," put in Navigation.
59 "I could spare half a gallon," agreed Firing Control.
60 "North remembered the three gallons tucked safely away under his
bunk. "I can come up with a couple too," he added.
61 "It's nice to know we have these extra drinking supplies available
in case of emergency, not accounted for in stores," The Voice remarked.
