24 "It appears, gentlemen,” announced Gray Boar,
"somebody doesn't like me, and doesn't want me to run for the office!

26 Now, Gray Boar began campaigning, telling the people "If I am made
First Speaker, this is what I'll do. I'll pass a Law that every bank
must carry insurance to protect their depositors against loss that
should the bank close, the insurance would pay every depositor the full
amount of what they had in the bank.
27 I would also make it unlawful for banks to take funds from their
smaller branches to support their failing parent banks. That funds
cannot be transferred from one bank to the other, but stay in the bank
where they're deposited.
28 I will create a program of unemployment insurance, paid for by the
employers, which will pay an unemployed person for up to a year while
they seek new work.
29 I will also pass a Law making it unlawful for banks to seize the
property of persons who have become unemployed because of the closing
of factories in their area.
30 Their debts will not be canceled, merely held until they can find
new employment.
31 And as soon as they find new employment they must start repaying
their debt.
