110 Some believed The Priests and rose, but most
did not. They gathered in a crowd behind The Teacher, and kept him from
harm.
111 "Do not think," reminded The Teacher, "that the last sacrifice can
die, for it cannot. Remember what is written, 'They shall slay the
Perfect Lamb, but in a week it shall be born again, out of the womb of
the earth, and it shall ascend to the heavens to be with its Lord. And because of it, all the world
will have peace.”
112 He left the city with his small company, and took the road to Lof.
As they made the long trek, The Student asked of his Teacher, "Lord,
where will we find this lamb, this final sacrifice, this giver of
eternal
life?"
113 "When the day comes for its need," answered his Teacher, "you will
tell me where it is."
114 "Lord," remarked the Student, "I ask you questions, and you tell me
that I ALREADY know the answers. You make me very confused!"
115 "I cannot tell you a lie," explained his Teacher, "I can only speak
what is true. The hour will come when you understand. Until then, be
patient."
And they journeyed on.
