54 You have seven men on each team, two on defense and five on offense. The two on defense can't go outside the fifteen foot circle, those on offense can't go inside the fifteen foot circle. It's the defender's job to block the opposing team's shots and to recover the ball after a score for their team. It's the offense people's job to score the further from the basket the better.
55 The rest of the rules are simple, you can't carry the ball, you have to bounce it or pass it. You can't strike a member of the opposing team with any part of your body. if you do, that's a foul. And the man fouled gets a free shot from the fifteen foot line that's good for two points. That's about it."
