public officials will have to make their financial dealings public just
as The Church does. Every Speaker and Guardian's financial records must
be kept at their local bank, and may be examined whenever requested.
9 As this will take time from the bank's business, the banks may charge
an hourly fee for the use of the terminal and also for printed copies
of any records. These fees will be set by the government as to what
would be considered reasonable. I am sure some persons will consider this decree
an invasion of their privacy, especially those who live on the edge of
