9 As this will take time from the bank's business, the banks may charge an hourly fee for the use of the terminal and also for printed copies of any records. I am sure some persons will consider this decree an invasion of their privacy, especially those who live on the edge of The Law. 11 This new Law was not liked, but it was obeyed. Bright Serpent made all of his finances public, and the people were amazed at all the good work he was doing on his own initiative.
