Foreword

For several years Speaker Gerald Polley has been working with the spirit of John Lennon in The Afterlife, keeping the world advised of the many wonderous adventures John has been involved in.  John is extremely busy each day, but he loves The Speaker's stories, and insists that The Speaker's wife, Linda, read them to him at least an hour a day.  He considers it his most pleasurable time.  Often times John insists that The Speaker write a new story for him, and will give him a story idea.  It's kind of a game between them.  One day John said "Write me a story about a people that choose a bad leader, and make a horrible mistake, and, are bitterly punished, but then rise back up to become a great people that are admired by all."  Well, the challenge was accepted, and "Mozambique" is the result.  You'll have to be the judge if it fulfilled John's criteria, if it is what he wanted. Let us know what you think of the result!
