The next day as Victor was driving to work he saw a strange site; a convoy of trucks with forty or more big gas tanks. "Odd!" he thought. "Where could these be going? Everybody around here uses natural gas."
He was not the only person concerned. David Higgins, the manager of the gas company saw the tanks going by his office. He grabbed his coat, told his secretary he had to check on something, hopped in his car, and took up pursuit. If these tanks were what he thought they were, he had to keep them out of his county! They could be big trouble!
