Greetings!<\/p>\n
What a month this has been! With all the disasters going on and now volcanos, floods and tsunamis,\u00a0 I tell you it\u2019s the closest thing I\u2019ve ever heard of to the Christian version of Hell.\u00a0 Of course it could be worse!<\/p>\n
Condolences to all the victims and their families, those who lost their lives in the deadly Texas flash flood.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I can\u2019t imagine what it was like and I don\u2019t think I want to.\u00a0 I can\u2019t stop thinking about those poor little kids who went to go to the Mystic Christian girls\u2019 camp and have fun and it ended up being a time of horror, disaster and death! \u00a0They will be blessed, every one, in The Afterlife and have angels taking care of them literally and figuratively.<\/p>\n
Now after all that disaster, comes the tsunami and volcanic eruptions seemingly everywhere! What the heck is going on, people?\u00a0 Sometimes I wonder if it\u2019s the end of the world, however I remember that God The Father told us that that wouldn\u2019t happen for a long long time.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 And I believe Him.<\/p>\n
As usual there\u2019s been so much happening this month I can\u2019t remember much else of it.<\/p>\n
Well except we bid farewell to one of our all time favorite singers, Ozzy Osborne!\u00a0 I remember well the time when we lived in Bismarck, North Dakota and a friend sent us tickets to see Ozzy\u2019s show in Fargo.\u00a0 Our old friend Elgard gave us a ride there and got to attend the concert with us.\u00a0\u00a0 How awesome that was!\u00a0\u00a0 I\u2019m so glad we got that opportunity to attend that concert!\u00a0 Unfortunately we had to leave a little early because both Gerald and Elgard had to work in the morning but we wouldn\u2019t have missed that for the world.\u00a0 I\u2019m sure he was well greeted in The Afterlife and don\u2019t doubt some day he\u2019ll be singing with John Lennon And Friends, if not even now.<\/p>\n
Oh and we can\u2019t forget saying thanks to singer Connie Frances for her wonderful songs over the\u00a0 years. I\u2019m sure she\u2019s doing very well in The Afterlife too. She was a big favorite of my mom and dad.\u00a0 I grew up with many of her songs.<\/p>\n
Last but not least on the home front I feel so bad that for the first time ever I forgot to post in my last entry that July 4, 2012 was the anniversary of my late husband Gerald\u2019s death from colo rectal cancer.\u00a0 I\u2019ll always think of him and thank him for how much he did for me and help me grow to know what I do now to live as a strong independent woman.\u00a0 I\u2019ll never give up!<\/p>\n
