Back again before the beginning of September.\u00a0 As usual more scary stuff going on out there.\u00a0 I was shocked to read that former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani has been seriously injured after the car he was driving was struck from behind shortly after he had stopped to help a woman who had flagged him down because she was a victim of a domestic violence.\u00a0\u00a0 The former Mayor had called 911 and made sure she was getting to safety and proper care, then boom, his car was hit by another one from behind which was going at high speed.\u00a0 Former Mayor Giuliani is 81.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 At a nearby trauma center\u00a0 he was diagnosed with \u201cfractured thoracic vertebrae, multiple lacerations and contusions, as well as injuries to his left arm and lower leg.\u201d\u00a0 It was posted on X formerly known as Twitter, that Mr. Giuliani was in good spirits and recovering very well.\u00a0\u00a0 Requesting all who wish pray for his recovery.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I have always admired him for all the work he did with former President George W. Bush to help New York City recover the horror of 9\/11.<\/p>\n
Other things going on, the main thing is many people are complaining about President Trump sending the troops into some cities where there\u2019s been the worst shootings and violence to try to and help cut down on crime.\u00a0\u00a0 Many are saying he didn\u2019t follow the law concerning this and many just don\u2019t want them there.\u00a0 There\u2019s even ICE going out there. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0I have mixed feelings about this.\u00a0 I sort of think it\u2019s a good idea then I wonder what if\u2026..\u00a0 As usual I guess we just have to wait and see.<\/p>\n
I read a story saying President Trump is considering getting rid of voting by mail.\u00a0 I hope not!\u00a0 That\u2019s the only way I have to do it and also hundreds of shut ins across the country!\u00a0 Then also they say that half or so of the last election\u2019s votes for Trump were via mail in ballots!\u00a0 Hopefully no one will decide to get rid of voting by mail.<\/p>\n
