Well, here we are again.\u00a0 It\u2019s hard to believe I\u2019m now 75 years old!\u00a0\u00a0 So glad I made it and hope I get to be 100 or even older as long as I\u2019m in as good a health as I am now!<\/p>\n
Once again there\u2019s been so much going on in the news it\u2019s very hard for me to keep up with it all.\u00a0 However the most important thing in the news right now is all the horrible weather this country is having.\u00a0 Prayers to everyone involved in that mess.\u00a0 Here in Maine we\u2019ve been pretty good.\u00a0 We did have a couple of days of that horrible heat wave, mostly it\u2019s been raining, yes raining with high humidity.\u00a0 Blah!\u00a0 Brings kind of a new meaning to the phrase \u201cUnder the weather.\u201d<\/p>\n
Still the terrible war in Iran continues.\u00a0 I guess they did have a brief\u00a0 cease fire but apparently not many liked the terms.\u00a0 There\u2019s got to be something wrong with the other party.\u00a0 I mean how is it going to help anything if both us and them keep taking turns blowing stuff up?\u00a0 Though I did read there\u2019s been some progress in the talks with Hamas.\u00a0\u00a0 Probably be the same old thing. They\u2019ll say one thing and do another.\u00a0 It makes me mad just to think about these things.<\/p>\n
Now I read there\u2019s bad guys here in this country threatening to do stuff with our water systems and whatever.\u00a0 I hope they\u2019re caught and stopped before they even get a chance to try anything!<\/p>\n
Sixty days have gone by without a trace of Nancy Guthrie who was kidnapped from her home and hurt in the middle of the night.\u00a0 I feel so bad for the family.\u00a0 I guess I\u2019m not the only one who thought this case would be solved in no time.\u00a0 I guess now the FBI and the sheriff of that Tucson county or whatever are arguing over how they could\u2019ve done something more and other things the right way.\u00a0 Sigh!\u00a0\u00a0 But it\u2019s good news that they\u2019re still investigating with a fine toothed comb so to\u00a0 speak. \u00a0It would help everybody to know if she\u2019s dead or alive.\u00a0 Someone said they have a new person they\u2019re questioning.\u00a0 Let us pray something helpful comes of it.<\/p>\n
A friend asked me why Those in The Afterlife haven\u2019t helped find Nancy, that it should be that someone over There helps those in charge and leads them to her location. \u00a0\u00a0I had just one word answer \u201cDemons!\u201d\u00a0 They\u2019re doing all they can to mess things up and make it so she\u2019s never found.\u00a0 Just because they\u2019re evil, that\u2019s what they do.\u00a0 They thrive on all the negative energy these situations create. \u00a0Unfortunately they\u2019re too good at what they do.\u00a0 I pray the authorities keep working on this case, you never know what helpful bits and pieces you could find!\u00a0 The Lords Of Light are helping.\u00a0 They\u2019re doing what They can no matter how difficult it may be.<\/p>\n
In entertainment news sad to hear about the passing of one of my favorite actors of all time, Randolph Mantooth who starred on the tv series \u201cEmergency!\u201d as John Gage, paramedic.\u00a0 I thank him for all those good years and wish him well.\u00a0 He did very well!\u00a0 Unfortunately he died of cancer but he was at his home with loved\u00a0 ones at age 80.\u00a0 I can imagine how he was overwhelmed by being greeted by many spirits who were his fans, as the show was rebroadcasted over There.\u00a0 May he rest in peace.\u00a0 Thanks for the delightful memories and all you did promoting the paramedic health system.<\/p>\n
The late Princess Diana is very proud of Princess Kate and how she and her husband are raising their children.\u00a0 They are back in England but refused an offer from the King I guess it was to live in the palace, instead chose a residence that was important to her, where she once lived.\u00a0 They will be living there apparently.\u00a0 So sad to read about all the fighting and discourse among England\u2019s Royal Family.\u00a0 Hopefully things will work out well for them.<\/p>\n
On the home front and last but not least July 14th<\/sup> was my 75 birthday!\u00a0 Hard to believe I\u2019ve been around that long!\u00a0 But I want to live to be 100 or older.\u00a0 Had a\u00a0\u00a0 good day, though quiet at home.\u00a0 I received a couple of wonderful gifts.\u00a0\u00a0 It was a good day!\u00a0 The day after I realized not only did I not have a birthday cake, I forgot to eat any of the ice cream I had in the freezer!\u00a0 I was too busy relaxing and watching t.v.<\/p>\n Just an added note, I have had horrible trouble with two hackers.\u00a0 They got in my laptop somehow and caused all kinds of havoc, then locked it up so I couldn\u2019t use it!\u00a0 It was the one my best friend got me for my birthday three years ago!\u00a0 Then there was a second one pretending to be working for my cell phone providers.\u00a0 They even stole a lot of money from my credit card!\u00a0 Fortunately aI was able to get it back from the company.\u00a0 Anyway just a heads up\u2026they\u2019re out there.\u00a0 And age doesn\u2019t make any difference.\u00a0 I\u2019ve been hesitant to mention this, I didn\u2019t want to get any more unwanted attention even though last time I had protection but it failed!\u00a0 I was shocked. Anyway I got a new HP laptop which is Honey Lavender in color.\u00a0 It\u2019s beautiful and though it has only a 14 inch screen instead of 17 it\u2019ll do very well.\u00a0 Plus that my Samsung Galaxy Tab died and I had to get a replacement, this one\u00a0 has a 13.1 inch screen!\u00a0 I hope nobody else out there has trouble like I did.\u00a0 It\u2019s so frustrating to get things back the way they\u2019re supposed to be.<\/p>\n I guess that\u2019s about it.\u00a0 Sorry last month\u2019s blog post ended up being for July but I had a hard time logging in to my web site provider\u2019s site to put it up.\u00a0 When it finally let me in it was just after midnight!\u00a0 Nothing I could do so I just put the note on it about why it was there. Hopefully this one will go more smoothly!<\/p>\n Last but not least I hope it comes true and President Trump has asked that\u00a0 Daylight Saving Time be made permanent.\u00a0 No more changing the clocks around! Woo hoo!\u00a0 I hope they do this and keep it!\u00a0 No more spring ahead and fall back!
