    This is of course, the book that John Lennon wrote the song “Whacko The Clown” for in The Afterlife, because Gerald told him he needed something for the band in the story to sing, so the lyrics appear in it.  I channeled this song we sang on ABC TV’s “Jimmy Kimmel, Live!”<\/em><\/strong> in 2,004.  It’s a fantastic book and I hope everyone likes it as much as I do.
