\nGreetings!

\nLike they say on tv sometimes “And now for something completely different!”  I decided to skip the usual sometimes boring political comments this month to ask for your help with a very important cause.

\nAs many of you know I’ve been a huge fan of the You Tube series <\/strong>“SafariLIVE”.<\/strong><\/a><\/em>  I even channeled a song about it.  Here’s the link to this if you missed it.  Which explains everything the show is about.

\nAnyway, Wild Earth & SafariLIVE<\/em><\/strong> exist to educate people about wild life and protect it.  They even invite schools and kids hospitals sign up for school drives, where the children can with teachers and adult supervision of course, watch SafariLIVE in their classrooms and hospital rooms, when they can interact with the naturalists during safari  drives which is just like being on the land rovers with them on a regular safari in Djuma, South Africa, and ask questions to learn about the animals and environment there.
 
\nThe first of this week I was shocked to see an announcement from series founder and creator Graham Wallington which basically said Wild Earth<\/em><\/strong> had lost their sponsor, NatGeo Wild in June, and if they didn’t get financial help in time, the last SafariLIVE would be on Halloween of this year!  They were asking for donations on the crowdfunding web site Indiegogo,<\/em><\/strong> for the suggested total amount of $100,000 which would help the program air until Christmas. After that the fate of things were very uncertain.

\nAfter freaking out fans gathered their wits about them and have raised to this date a total of over $300,000 to keep broadcasts going and all the other awesome things Wild Earth does.  The campaign was scheduled to last ten days.  The amount Graham was requesting was raised in the first hour, and more!  Needless to say he was very surprised and pleased, told everybody to keep it going and spread the word.  As of this date there are 7 more days left to donate or tell others about this project.  Wild Earth and SafariLIVE<\/em><\/strong> must never end!  I can’t tell you how important it is that it continues.  Below is the link to the Wild Earth Indiegogo site where you can find out more and donate if you wish.

\nIf you know anyone who would be interested in sponsoring this wonderful, wonderful resource of knowledge please pass the word that they are very much needed.  I have emailed several news organizations.  I don’t know if anyone will let others know about what’s happening here.  I pray there’s someone, somewhere out there to keep our hopes and dreams alive.  I thank you all for taking the time to read this and anything  you can do to help.
