An Open Letter From Speaker Gerald Polley
God's Candidate For The Presidency Of The United States In 2,012
To The World

Sometimes the things I'm asked to do seem rather strange to people.  A couple of times I've hit the movie about Ernie Davis, the incredible colored football player that played for Syracuse University.  The film shows the horrible insults and abuse he suffered at the Cotton Bowl at the hands of The Texas Longhorns.  Of course my interest in him drew him to me, and I asked him if there was anything in the world he would like.  His answer set me back.  He said "If I could have anything in the world I would like Texas University to host a charitable event in my name as a fundraiser for your effort to form a Palestinian Homeland outside of Israel, and at this event a formal apology be made not only to me, but to the other members of my team for the way we were treated at The Cotton Bowl.
Nothing would fill me with greater joy than to have Texas University say they're sorry for that sickness, for the shame of that day and they wished that it had never happened, that they are glad that it is now a different day and colored and white players can meet each other on the football field and compete with good will and honor, that the dark times of segregation are passed, and anyone that tries to bring them back would be put out of Texas University, that it will never return to that Darkness again.  If I could inspire men to support you in your effort to bring peace between The Palestinians and The Israelis, to raise funds for this effort, I would be well pleased!  If I could get men of light complexion and men of dark complexion to hear the voice of God, respond to His servant, and fulfill His glory, that would be my greatest hour!"
Sometimes you wish you could've met someone while he was alive, that you could've touched the power that was within him.  I sure wish I could've known this man!  I'm quite sure we would've been the greatest of friends.  Because I think we'd have had very much in common.  I'll try to get this message to Texas University.  If I could get a little help with it, I'd appreciate it.
Sometimes you really, really want to do what somebody asks of you.  This man thinks he was somewhat of a failure.  I can't imagine why!   I can't imagine why at all!  I think if anybody succeeded he succeeded.  Though life cut him short, I think he succeeded very well!
