In my regular message I talked about the real problem with education among other things, something that we really have to work on.  Obama hasn't got a clue!

We can't understand why some people feel because we are speaking of our problems with the local police department and speaking of things that other police departments are doing that might not be appropriate, we have no respect for the police. We have every respect for the police.  The people that are causing the problems, as far as we are concerned, are not representatives of the police, they are people that should not be police officers.  A man that has such ego problems that he gets in somebody's face and starts accusing him of doing things wrong before he even finds out what's going on should not be a police officer.  A man that pepper sprays people sitting on the ground doing absolutely nothing because they will not instantly respond to his commands should not be a police officer.  He should have no position of authority, whatsoever.  A police officer that loses his temper and viciously beats a man because he tried to flee from him should not be a police officer.  These are people that are totally unfit to wear a uniform.  They should be removed from the system, they should not be protected by their fellow officers.  They should not be excused.  If it's found a police officer is taking bribes other police officers should not lie to protect him.  Those that do are unfit to be police officers.
We have every respect for those that serve and protect, but those that use their badge and their uniform to terrorize and think that they are living gods that can do no wrong we have no respect for, none whatsoever.  We understand people have feelings, they have tempers.  However, no police officer has a right to detain someone and insult him because he doesn't like his opinions, because he doesn't like the way he deals with his wife's problems.  No police officer has a right to make accusations that he cannot act upon.  If he believes someone is committing a criminal offense he has a right to arrest that person.  But he has no right to make unfounded accusations.  Police are supposed to protect, they are not supposed to harass someone because they do not like them, because that person speak the truth about one of their members.
We have every respect for the police, and we support them in every way we can, but we will not support harassment and we will not support abuse!  As we say, it's that simple!  And any police officer that wants to mess with me better make sure he's doing the right thing, because I get real, real nasty!  I don't like a police officer telling me I don't have a right to say something when I have every right to say it.  If I say somebody's a raving lunatic, he's a raving lunatic..  And no idiot in a uniform tells me I can't say it.  Because he doesn't like the way I treat his buddy.  That simple.
