about the situation I'm living in which is degrading by the hour.
My health is being destroyed and nobody will do anything! No
matter how much people say they have a right to, people have no right
to wear these perfumes that make people sick! It is simply
unacceptable.

My sincere regrets that I have to contact you.
But I am living at The Sister Barbara Hance House on The Surry Road and
the conditions there are absolutely unbearable and getting worse every
day. We have a tenant on the premises that wears the obnoxious
perfume that is so popular with the perverts nowadays. I have
been having problems with him because he thinks he runs the house and
the rules are for everybody else. Each morning he drenches
himself in this perfume though he knows it makes me sick, and sits in
the livingroom outside my door waiting for the landlord to give him a
ride in town. I cannot get out of my room to go to the bathroom
or to use the kitchen without becoming sick for the rest of the
day. I have begged the landlord on several occasions to make him
cut back on this perfume. According to the rules it's not even
supposed to be used in the house. I wish to file a complaint
against the house that they are no longer providing a safe and secure
environment for the tenants, that they are allowing some tenants to
violate all rules and will do nothing about them causing the other
tenants to suffer. Half the time when this person is in the
kitchen I can't even use the facilities. I can only go out when
he is in town or something to do the dishes and mop the floors.
This is totally unreasonable that some tenants can't
use the facilities because they will not control the tenants that are
misbehaving and don't care about anyone else. Also, the house is
not secure. We are constantly having unauthorized people enter it
at night, which is dangerous for female tenants when they are on the
premises. Several have left because of this. This facility
is well needed. The community cannot do without it but it needs
to be run in a reasonable manner so those that are forced to live here
that have no place else to go like myself, who cannot get residence
elsewhere because of a trumped up felony put on me by the Ellsworth
police department because I didn't respect one of their former
officers, when people are desperate and have no place to go they should
not have to put up with people trying to make them deliberately sick to
be asses and to show their dominance.
I am not the only one that is bothered by these
perfumes. Even hospitals and clinics are telling people not to
come there wearing them. So I am not making an unreasonable
complaint. All I ask for is decent treatment. So if there's
any way I can make a complaint on this matter and somebody will
investigate it, and ask those that maintain this property to do
something about those endangering the health of the other tenants I
would appreciate it. As I say, I'm desperate, I have no place to
go thanks to the Ellsworth PD and their blue brotherhood.
I will be sending this letter to John Boehner as
part of my presidential campaign, to show him the problems that decent
people are having throughout the country because of those that simply
will not control those who are out of control. I will share my
comments with news agencies around the world. I will only be
pushed so far! There comes a point where no more is
tolerable. No one has a right to treat someone the way I am being
treated! The constant harassment by this individual is uncalled
for and should be dealt with. No matter what his problems
are, or how desperate he is he has no right to make others
miserable! There is no excuse for it no matter how much someone
wants to help him. If he is abusing others it needs to be dealt
with!
I should have had private housing a year ago, but as
I say, thanks to the lying Ellsworth police department I cannot get
any, and some day they will regret that. Because I will be
telling the world what asses they are day in and day out. That's
just the kind of person I am. I never forget an offense, as I
never forget a favor. Those that lie about me sooner or later I
will deal with it, and this obnoxious security guard at the hospital
lied about me. Rather his friends like me saying it or not, I
will repeat it forever. I will tell the story over and over
again, and no force on Earth can stop me! But I do wish to
register this complaint. I am sick and tired of being abused by a
lunatic, and that no one will do anything. It really perturbs
me. Some people might not understand, but when somebody is
deliberately making me sick to inflate his ego, to make him feel like
he's a big shot, I will get mad. And when no one will do anything about
it I get even madder and I will tell people so. But I want to be
able to use the facilities in this house without being made sick, and I
do not think that is unreasonable. Anyone that thinks it is I
have no use for, that simple. Don't even bother to talk to me,
don't want to hear from you. I'm a person that when I'm attacked
I fight back, I don't meekly say "Oh this person's got problems. I
forgive him." Just not my way!
Oh. One of the problems I have with this individual
is that he wants to turn out all the lights in the house at night and
leave the house pitch dark. I insist that the lights that are
supposed to be on be left on. This is what has raised this man's
ire against me. He stands in the hall and screams that I'm a
retard, that he's in charge and I'm going to do what he wants. Not a
very good way to get on my side, not a very good way at all. He
also wants to leave the windows open all night, when it's thirty
degrees, and gets irate when I close them. When it's cold he
comes downstairs and turns the heat off. When it's warm he comes
down and turns it up to seventy or eighty so my room becomes an
oven. Then he goes into a rage if I turn it down. He has
been doing this stuff for weeks trying to pick a fight, trying to get
me to attack him, which I'm not gonna do. I don't doubt that
shortly he will attack me. This is the exact same thing that was
going on last year, except that individual wanted all the lights turned
on. When he could not succeed in getting rid of me he physically
attacked me, and I was told by the ignorant police officer that came to
the house that if I said anything back to him again when he insulted me
he'd arrest me for disturbing the peace. This is the ignorance of
the Ellsworth PD that expect people to put up with being beaten by an
animal and not answer back. Of course you can understand what I
told this officer and he didn't arrest me.
