A SPIRITIST SPEAKS
ABOUT THE CROWNS OF HEAVEN

We mentioned in a previous article that those who had been expelled from Heaven for betraying Jesus had lost their crowns. We have been asked to explain what the heck we are talking about. To explain it simply, when a person is accepted into The Kingdom Of God They are given a crown. It is their symbol of citizenship. There are three levels of crowns and stones of rank within those levels..
There are gold crowns - this indicates an individual is a full citizen. There are silver crowns - they indicate that an individual is a visitor to The Kingdom Of God, that though They are not a citizen They are considered holy. And there are bronze crowns - these are residents of a non-holy status. Individuals who have been permitted to dwell with Their Loved Ones in The Kingdom Of God but are not officially a part of it. They can live there, abide with Their Loved Ones, but cannot take part in any ceremonies, or, express any opinions.
There are four stones of rank making a total of twenty-four levels. There are emeralds, sapphires, rubies and diamonds. I will explain the lowest rank, as it is repeated through the rest. One emerald, two emeralds, three emeralds, one emerald, two sapphires, one emerald, two rubies, one emerald, two diamonds.
To give you an example of how the ranking system works we will use the Catholics. A lay priest would have a crown with one emerald. He would be the lowest ranking authority in their society. The Pope Of Popes, the highest ranking member of their society, would wear a crown with three diamonds. This is an example of the highest and lowest ranks.
There are certain individuals in The Kingdom Of God that wear no crowns. They are individuals of such high stature as to be rankless. These include Abraham, Moses, The Prophets, Jesus and The Apostles. Their authority is considered to be so sacred that They need no symbols of rank.
Normally when I visit The Kiingdom Of God I wear a silver crown with three diamonds, bearing the symbol of The Republic, except when I serve as an advocate in The Hall Of Judgment. Whenever I arrive there the Chamberlain Of Procedure asks me to surrender my crown, takes it and puts it on a shelf. While I am serving as an advocate in The Hall Of Judgment I am considered an equal to All who are there. This is a courtesy that is not extended to me, alone, but to the representative of ANY society serving as an advocate in The Hall Of Judgment.
The crowns in Heaven are a reward, an expression of the peoples' and Their Leader's gratitude for the service that individuals have performed in Their lifetime, a recognition of the rank They have earned by Their good service. They are an important part of this great Society's pomp and ceremony, and the honor they represent is well received by all who are asked to take them and put them on; VERY well received!
