17 He answered, "Take heed that you do not be deceived. For many shall come in my name saying, 'I am Christ.'
18 And the time draws near. Go you not after them, but when you shall hear of wars and great troubles, be not afraid. For these things must first come to pass. But the end is not by and by."
19 He continued, "Nation shall rise against nation, kingdom against kingdom. Earthquakes shall be in many places and divide the land.
20 Famine, pestilence and fearful sights shall be everywhere. There shall be great signs in the heavens.
21 But before all this they shall lay hands on you, persecute you, deliver you up to the synagogues, into prisons, bring you before kings and rulers for my Name's sake.
22 It shall be required of you that you give testimony. Do not be troubled what you shall answer. Be at peace. For I will give your mouth wisdom and all your adversaries shall not be able to gain or resist.
23 You shall be betrayed by all parents, brethren, kinfolk, and friends. Some of you shall be put to death.
24 You shall be hated by many men for my Name's sake. But not one part of you shall perish. In your patience do you possess your Soul.
25 When you see Jerusalem surrounded with armies then know that the destruction is at hand.
26 Let them that are in Judaea flee to the mountains, and let them that are in the midst of it depart out. Let them not that are in the country enter into the city. For these be the days of vengeance that all things which are written must be fulfilled.
27 Woe to them with child, and them that are sick. For in those days there shall be none to watch over them. For there shall be great distress in all the land. The wrath shall be upon the people.
28 They shall slay their own children with the sword, and fall upon it themselves, rather than to be carried away to foreign nations slaves.
29 Jerusalem shall be torn down by the Gentiles until the time of the Gentiles is fulfilled.
30 There shall be signs in the sun, the moon, the stars and the earth, itself, will distress the nations. The waves of the sea shall be a roaring menace.
31 Men's hearts shall fail them for fear in looking upon these things which are coming on the Earth. For the power of Heaven shall be shaken. Then they shall see The Son Of Man coming in clouds of power and great glory.
32 When these things begin to come to pass then look up, lift up your heads for your redemption is at hand.
33 He spoke to them a parable. "Behold the fig tree and all trees. When they now shoot forth you see and know of your own self that summer is now at hand. So, likewise, when you see these things, know you that The Kingdom of God is at hand.
34 Truly I say to you this generation shall not pass away until all is fulfilled.
35 Heaven and Earth shall pass away, but my word shall NOT pass away. But take heed to yourselves, least at any time your hearts be overcome with feasting, drunkenness, and the cares of this life, so that day comes to you unaware.
36 For as a snare it shall come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole Earth. Watch you, therefore, and pray, always, that you may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before The Son Of Man."
37 By day He taught in the temple, and at night He rested on The Mount Of Olives. All the people came early to go with Him to the temple and hear Him.

"I AM THE LIGHT."
Chapter Fifty-Eight

Now there came to Jerusalem for the Passover some Greeks that had taken the faith of Abraham and followed the Law of Moses. And they desired to see Jesus.
2 They came unto Philip who brought them to Andrew.
3 Jesus spoke unto them. "The hour is coming that The Son Of Man shall be glorified. Truly, truly I say to you, except the kernel of wheat fall onto the ground and die it accomplish nothing. But if it die it brings forth a hundred fold.
4 He that loves his life shall lose it. But he that hates his life in this world shall keep it unto eternity.
5 If any man serve me, let him follow me. Where I am there, also, my servant shall be. If any man serve me, he will my Father honor.
6 Now is my Soul troubled, and what shall I say? Father, save me from this Hour. But for this cause I come into the world and must go forth unto this Hour; Father, through me."
7 Then came a voice from Heaven saying, "I have glorified it and will glorify it again more than I have or I will with any other."
8 The people there trembled that had heard it, some said it was thunder, and others said an angel had spoken to Him.
9 Jesus answered and said, "This voice comes not because of me, but for your sakes. Now is the judgment of this world. Now is the Prince of this world cast out, and I, if I be lifted up from the Earth will draw all men to me. This," He said, signifying what death He should die.
