The words that I spoke to you I spoke not of myself, but by The Father that dwells within me. He does the work.
Believe me that I am in the Father, and The Father in me, or else believe me for the sake of the works alone.
Truly, truly, I say to you, he that believes in me, the works I do, he shall do, also. And greater works than these shall he do. Because I return to my Father. Whatever you shall ask in my name that I will do, that the Father may be glorified through The Son.
If you shall ask anything in my name I will do it. If you love me, keep my commandments, I will pray to the Father. He shall give unto you a Comforter that He may abide with you forever, even The Spirit Of Truth, who the unholy cannot receive, because they see Him not, nor do they know Him, but you know Him, for He dwells with you, and shall be in you.
I will not leave you without comfort. I will come to you, yet a little while, and the world shall see me no more. But YOU shall see me, because I live within you, and YOU shall live, also.
In that day you shall know that I am in the Father, you are in me, and I in you.
He that has my commandments, let him keep them. It is he that loves me. And he that loves me shall be loved by My Father. I will love him and will manifest myself unto him."
The younger Judas said unto Him, "Rabbi, how is it that you will manifest yourself unto us but not unto the world?"
Jesus answered, "If a man loves me he will keep my words, my Father will love him. We will come unto Him and make our abode with Him.
He that loves me not keeps not my sayings. The word which you hear is not mine, but The Father which sent me.
These things I have spoken unto you being yet present with you. But the Comforter which is The Holy Ghost, who The Father will send in my name, He shall open your eyes and make all things known to you, and you will understand all I have said to you.
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you. Not as the world gives, I give unto you freely.
Let not your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid. You have heard how I said to you I go away and come again unto you. If you love me you would rejoice because I say I go unto The Father. For my Father is greater than I.
Now, I have told you before it comes to pass, that when it comes to pass you might believe. Hereafter, I will not talk much with you. For the princes of this world come and will have their way with me, knowing not what they do. But that in the doing the world may know that I love The Father.
And as The Father has given me to do, even so I do. Arise, and let us go hence!"
Now, as they came down out of the house something came out of the shadows and approached Jesus, who was in the lead. And Jesus beckoned the apostles to stop and spread out behind Him.
And as the thing grew nearer men could see that it had once been a woman, but now it was something twisted and grotesque. And Jesus cried out, "What do you want?"
And the thing answered, "Give me peace!"
And Jesus said unto it, "There is only one peace I can give you."
"Then give me that peace," the thing begged, "for I can endure no more what I am."
And Jesus held out His hand, and a thousand lights began to twinkle like unto candles. And they came together forming a passageway. And through the passageway a Place of exceptional beauty could be seen.
The thing walked out of its flesh which crumbled to the ground, and rushed, with a great cry, through the Passage. Barely had it reached The Other Side than it burst to flame, swelled and broke up into uncountable sparks like that of a fire, and slowly, surely, they went out and it was gone. The Passageway again became uncountable candle flames, and disappeared.
Peter came forward, trembling. "Master," he begged, "tell us what we have seen, that we may know of it."
"Why do you ask me," Jesus told him, "you have read the Scriptures. Has God not said eternal torment awaits the wicked, that there is a Second Death after the death of the flesh for the unholy? Do you not know that that is what you have seen?"
"But Lord," James cried out, "it is said that torment is forever."
"For them," Jesus answered, "it is. Come. Let us go unto the garden and I will teach you more. The Hour of my betrayal is almost at hand."
"Lord," cried Mary, His wife, "What of the body? Should we leave it in the street for the dogs?"
And Jesus answered her, "What body?" And all looked and where the thing's flesh had fell was only a pile of dust being blown away by the wind.
They continued on and Christ spoke more.
