My Sweet Lords

Sometimes you can be so tired and weary that you just don't know how you can carry on another day, and then something so incredible, so fabulous will happen that just energizes you and gives you the strength to get up and go again. That's what it was like yesterday.  Then last night Jesus sent a message, saying "Demetrius, before you start your night's errands, come to The Holy Of Holies and bring your Lady.  There's something you must see."  I thought "Oh no!  Another disaster!  Something else gone wrong!"  so as soon as both of us were to sleep we shot off to The Kingdom Of God, and were cordially greeted.  "What's the matter?" I asked.
"You need a couple of hours' break," Jesus announced.  "The Angelic Choir and a new friend want to sing for you."  With that George Harrison came out on the stage. The music started, and he sang the song "My Sweet Lord" which he had modified for us, and everyone was simply spellbound!  Then, he sang quite a few of his other songs, including my wife's favorite "Got My Mind Set On You."  And finally when They were getting ready to get done, he said "I want to sing the tribute one more time, and I want those we're singing to to know that every word is from the heart, or whatever it is we have over Here.  Anyway, they're deeply felt."  George sang again. We chatted for a few minutes, and then went about our nightly Work, but with a considerable bit more enthusiasm.  Of course we could never record this song, it is a rewrite of George's original.  We're just sharing it with everybody because it made us feel so good.  It's nice to have a new friend!  Or, could it be, we've become reacquainted with an old friend who has simply forgotten about us, and is happy to be back with us again?
Oh!  On another matter, we did get some suggestions on further dead zones; Denver, CO, and New Orleans.  New Orleans would've never occurred to us!  Chicago has also been mentioned, along with Boston and New York.  But I think we'll avoid the upper east coast.  Miami is still in the running.  But keep the suggestions coming.
Well, we've gotten a rather strange complaint that we really didn't know how to answer.  It went something like this.  "You're offering the Palestinians a new homeland, which is great, but you're not offering them any compensation for the pain and suffering they've gone through for decades.  They deserve something."  Well, we consider The Palestinians' pain and suffering their own fault.  We're not responsible for it.  But then everybody did get thinking that maybe if, in some way, we could sweeten the stew a little bit, make it more desirable, maybe The Palestinians and the world would be more inclined to accept The Kingdom Of God's Peace Proposal.  But we couldn't come up with anything.
Then a Palestinian made a suggestion.  "Voice Of The Prophets," he said, "before your people go to the stars you're going to make new homes on the worlds that circle this sun.  Some day you will have homes on Mars.  Give to each Palestinian or Arab that claims one, a deed to a piece of land in one of these colonies, to be claimed in a hundred years.  And a hundred years from now take no Palestinians with you to the other worlds, who does not have one of these deeds, who cannot show that his ancestors, or, hers, respected The Lords and abided by Their wishes.  Make it so that these deeds cannot be sold, but can only be handed down from father to son, or from mother to daughter.  They will only be good for the families they had been issued for."
Now, everybody got thinking this was a pretty damned good idea!  So it has been decided that such an offer will be made. Any Palestinian that supports The Kingdom Of God's Peace Proposal may contact me and request such a deed.  Only I can issue them, no one can sell them to anyone.  Anyone that tries is a fraud!  And the offer will only be made while (KG) Peace Proposal is being worked on.  Once The Peace Proposal goes into effect the deeds will no longer be issued.  They are for those who help save (KG), who help save The Palestinian People from those who, in their greed, would destroy them.

Have you ever wondered what would have happened in Viet Nam if Kennedy had lived?  He had some ambitious plans, and you won't believe what he thinks of Oswald!  That shocked everybody.  It's an interview you have to read!

**The issues of Voices From Spirit mentioned below are now off line. They will be replaced soon at a new location!**

Sometimes religious teachers aren't exactly happy with everything they have to teach, or, the traditions their society have taken on.  Brigham Young was one of these leaders.  This is a fantastic interview!
