The continuing haunting of The White House by The Lord and His Associates was continuing.  The Lord was on premises but was not, at that time, taking part in the haunting.  He was, instead, receiving visitors and giving audience.  At approximately 3:15 a.m EST, a sentry on the eastern position noticed dark walls forming down the street from his position, and called his sector commander.  The sector commander immediately recognized these as dark passages and summoned the reserves.  At 3:30 a.m. thousands of spirits dressed in the uniforms of German soldiers of many eras and, of French soldiers of many eras, emerged from the passageways and immediately attacked the defenders!
By 3:45 a.m. the commander of the defenders realized they could not hold.  They retreated, regrouping Their defenses and called for aid.  As the call reached The Kingdom Of God Apostle Designate John Lennon was one of the first to receive the word that The Lord was under attack.  He immediately seized up his weapons and hurried to The Circle Of The Apostles where reserves were gathering.  He cried out, "Hosts of Heaven!  The Lord is under attack!  Rally to me!"  All there cried "Rally to the Apostle Designate!  He is to lead!"  When there were a good many gathered The Apostle Designate went over to The Commander Of The Angelic Guard.  "Where is The Angel Of Destruction?"  he inquired, "He should have been summoned!"  The Commander answered "He and his associates are fully engaged on another matter.  They cannot be withdrawn.  It could cause the death of thousands."  "Then I am going now!"  The Apostle Designate announced.  "You stay here.  Gather another contingent and as soon as you have enough, follow after me."  "As you order!"  the commander snapped.
A portal was opened to the material world and The Apostle Designate led his forces through.  They arrived at The White House at almost exactly 4 o'clock.  They were immediately confronted by the apparent leader of the attackers.(1)  "Leave us be!"  he cried.  "This is not your concern.  Go back where you belong and leave us alone!"  "You are attacking The Lord Of Heaven," The Apostle Designate answered.  "Desist!  Return to your homes and no punishment will be taken."  "Never!" his adversary cried.  "You have betrayed us to the Jew makers!  You have sold us out to those who are not of this world.  I will not be ruled by a stinking Jew that was nailed to a tree!"  "Then you will die forever!" The Apostle Designate answered and attacked.  The two of them fought viciously for twenty minutes, making their way deeper and deeper into The White House.  No matter how much the attackers tried to keep the defenders out The Apostle Designate's vicious onslaughts drove them back.  Finally the attackers broke and withdrew.  The Apostle Designate checked to see if The Lord was safe and found Him secure.  "Where is The Angel Of Destruction?" The Lord asked.  "Occupied," The Apostle Designate answered.  "He's going to be mad he missed this one!" The Lord remarked.  "Well done!"
An Angelic Guard approached.  "Lord," he remarked, "the enemy has not retreated.  They have merely withdrawn.  They are holding the boulevards and the side streets.  They appear to be regrouping for another attack. "  "Hell they are!" The Apostle Designate answered.  "Excuse me, Lord!" he announced, and quickly departed.  They confronted the largest mass of attackers on the boulevard, French troops.  Their leader (2) called "You cannot defeat us!  We will destroy this wimp you call a God.  We will bring Him down and bring the rule of the true lord of this world."  "Not today!" The Apostle Designate answered, and attacked.  After ten minutes' pounding the leader of The French Forces withdrew.  Twice more they attacked concentrations, broke them, and drove them back.  Finally the attackers withdrew.
The Apostle Designate returned to The White House, made sure everything was secure, bade his leave of The Lord, and returned to The Kingdom Of God to a heroic welcome!  He told everybody he was honored, but to return to Their duties, there was much to do.  The crowd cheered and applauded one more time and departed. All Those who accompanied The Apostle Designate entered Their praise of his actions into The Book Of Life.

As we face the Columbia disaster the question has arisen "Did the people of The Old Worlds, as They first began to reach into space, suffer similar tragedies?"  The answer is positively and absolutely yes!
The Haven space program, though it was meticulous and considered every possibility had its accidents.  There was always the unforseen.  Fortunately space shots were always launched over the water, the great ocean band that surrounded the planet at the equator, so if something came down it didn't do much harm.
The Hashons weren't quite so fortunate.  They didn't have such a good launching place.  A couple of their early accidents were tragic.
The Peepians, too, had their tragedies.  Their politicians were a lot like Earth's and cut too many corners.  They cost a lot of lives. Learning to travel in space is dangerous, it's VERY dangerous.
