Mary Marie's Endorsement

I know less about politics than my husband knows! I was raised in a convent and died at the age of 14. I knew very little of the outside world. In The Afterlife I went to work for Lord Paul in The Bureau Of Religious Assignments where political intrigue was not tolerated, where only true and devoted service was recognized. I am not used to people that cheat and lie and distort the truth to get their way. That is why I support President Bush's reelection. Because I am absolutely appalled by the way that those opposing him distort the truth, and even directly lie to disgrace him. They have so little that they can legitimately complain about they must make false issues in the hope of defeating him. This appalls me! I do not much like American politics. I think most of it is ugly and dirty. Good men are attacked because they tell the truth and evil men are praised because they lie. I can see why The Son Of God feels He has to support President Bush, and I will do all in my power to help in that effort! And though I don't quite understand the system I hope the majority of the people in California will join me and help me reelect President Bush..

Ronald Reagan's Endorsement

During one's lifetime a man can make mistakes, thinking he is doing the greater good. Unfortunately I made such mistakes. I thought myself better than other men because of circumstances of race and religion. Upon my death I have been quite soundly put in my place and made very aware that many of the things I thought true were untrue, that I thought acceptable were unacceptable. I now sincerely and deeply apologize to any people I offended with my misguided attitudes in my lifetime. I now know truly what the phrase means "All men are created equal with certain inalienable rights," and I will strive to correct anything I did that makes that phrase untrue.
However, I have also come to the realization that certain things are not right, and, not acceptable and should not be allowed for the common good. I do not wish to clearly state what I am speaking of, but I am sure people understand my meaning without me having to put it into painful words that will hurt both myself and, others. There are some things that must be opposed, they simply cannot be allowed. The Lord Of Heaven has instructed us to oppose these things without hate, without harming those We oppose as much as possible, only to stand for what is right, and, do what is right. To do that I must now put my full and complete support behind the reelection of President Bush, because I know full well, if his opposition gains power it will not do well for the people of The United States Of America and may well destroy mankind. This is a hard thing for me to accept. I wish it was not so, but it is. I pray that all the people of California join me in my efforts to reelect President Bush, to stop the evil that is threatening our nation and, the world. God help us in this effort!
