The newspaper ad in Bismarck is working!  Actually, it's working too good!  We are beginning to get a good flow of energy from Bismarck, the only problem is as that energy increases, the energy in Fargo decreases by the exact same amount!  If the rate of increase and decrease continues as it is now, the energy we are using in Fargo will run out by March 15th, and we don't intend to leave Fargo until March 30th!  In essence, we will be without power for fifteen days!  We do not know if this is a circumstance that will be allowed.  Despite our wishes to do otherwise we may have to push our departure from Fargo forward in order to forego a period where we will be without energy.  It never rains but it pours!  Things were simply going too perfect.  Hopefully this small difficulty can be resolved.  So far, no response from the ad, no publisher has contacted us.  But we will keep working, we will keep trying.  That is all we can do.
Here's one of those funny little things that is always happening to us!  We have had a very good dial up internet service.  The only thing is because of the phone lines we've been only able to get 14.6 kbps.  Sometimes it would go up to 16.4 but when it did the computer would crash.  Now all of a sudden we're getting 60.5 kbps and the computer is flying, just zapping through web sites like anything.  It is simply weird!  It has not worked well at all all these months, now all of a sudden when we're leaving, perfection!  Sometimes you would just like to scream, just for no reason at all, scream!
The great sources of talent you have to work with you in The Afterlife!  You simply don't know who's going to show up!  Johnny and June Cash approached John Lennon and said "Look, we'd really enjoy replacing George and Mary, Queen Of Scots in Beatles & Friends while they're resting for a while.  We'd enjoy filling in for them in the morning and afternoon sessions, and even at some of the concerts, if need be!  John said "I would be delighted!" and so has the public been!  They just fit right in.  The group doesn't do George and Queenie's signature number, "Sugar, Sugar" when Johnny and June are performing with them.  Instead, they do "Ring Of Fire", and the public just goes crazy!  They were fooling around Sunday and June started making up a song about our move to Bismarck, but John didn't like it, because the music was some he'd already used several times, and he's tired of the complaint that all his new songs sound alike.  So they're trying to come up with something totally different.  But this is what they started to work with.

June is determined to come up with something. She says she wants to serve Jesus.   With talent like this hopefully something will come along.
Well, June wouldn't give up.  She couldn't get through to Linda, who usually gets the song, probably because they're both girls.  So she gave this song to me.  It was all she could come up with at the moment.  She wonders if the people of Bismarck would like it.  It's simply what's in her heart, what's in her soul at the moment.  As I have said, We have an inexhaustable well of talent!
